Knotty Posted March 31, 2008 Share Posted March 31, 2008 To me it implies that 'viva la vida' ('live life') and 'death and all his friends ' are two phrases that mean the same thing...what that could mean, I'm not sure, but it's not the first time 'or' has been used as a technique in titles etc. Michel Tournier has a story called "Amandine ou les deux jardins", for example. I actually freaking love the title. Although abbreviating it is gonna be a bitch! Oh, and as for the quotation marks and the people saying "LOLZ OMGZ r u retard? its clrly nt ment 2 b all 1 title", all I'll say is if you actually read what is very clearly written on the page, then the grammatical conclusion is that it's all 1 title.
