We've heard it's also a "blusey" song, and the song that springs to mind on Elbow's latest CD is "Grounds for Divorce" which has the gritty lyrics and blues-sound with the distorted guitar. Definitely something different and less sterile than anything on X&Y. I can't wait!

Well, I must say that the guitar that begins at 1:15 in "Grounds for Divorce" sound similar to the one that begins with the first verse of "Violet Hill". But the woman description on the radio must be confused because the piano breakdown on "Violet Hill" is not at the middle, baut at the end. The middle belongs to a bridge with a guitar riff mainly.
