I think it's a world premiere, so all radio stations are allowed to play it as of 12.00 GMT.

I just missed I 300th, figured I wouldn't make a scene. 1000 will be different!

I really don't know if I wanna listen on monday, or when I get the vinyl. I think i'm waiting for the download. I wanna hear it in the best possible resolution with some really good headphones, like outside sitting in the spring sun when it's all nice out. I'm not saying whoever makes the copy of it off the radio isn't an angel for doing it, but I don't really think it'll come through sounding the best. And when I first hear the song that I'll remember for the rest of my life I don't want it to be kinda garbled and over the radio. Does that sound weird?

When did they say it'll be able to be downloaded again? and from where yet?

My guess is May 5 from iTunes, 7digital and the other usual places.

 

I dont care about the quality for now, I'm gonna download the radio rip because I JUST WANT MORE COLDPLAY regardless of how it sounds. But then that'll make me more excited for the album so I can finally hear it in proper quality.

Don't know about XFM, but the Beeb archives everything they do, so if you miss it, you can always get a replay.

But will BBC6 be the first? Can they pay it before noon?

BST is british summer time, right? so noon for you guys in england is still 7AM for me EST? if i miss this because of a time-zone fuck up, i'm going to FREAK.

 

and someone PLEAAAAAASE needs to try to record it if they can for all the people that can't tune in. besides, i think we'll all be devestated if we can only hear it ONCE. i mean, of course they'll play it again on radio, but i'd love to be able to listen to it when i want to and pound it into my head rather than stalking the radio for days just so i can hear it enough :P

does anyone think that they'll put the song up on the site for download on/around tuesday as well? apparently chris DID say that it was going to be "download only," so i'm hopeful...i just wonder WHEN it'll get up on the site seeing has how much of a slowpoke prospekt is and the lack of stars or a new site lately. i really, really hope it's up on the site on tuesday, though...that'll save the worry of who recorded it etc etc (though someone PLEASE still do!)

I'm getting the excited feeling of being about to listen to new Coldplay music, but listening to the early version of Talk was just so underwhelming...i was so disappointed.
