Remember when had to wait to see the single for the first time sometime in May? Now we get to hear it in SEVERAL DAYS!? Deserter was a throwaway track the guys did, I believe back in the Parachutes ere. NO one has heard it except for Debs Wild and the guys. It's the elusive Holy Grail of Coldplay songs? They know we know about it, but say it'll never see the light of day :(
April 24, 200818 yr i bet there's a backlog of hundreds of tracks that will never see the light of day, especially now with all the tracks that we know about that got left off VLVOD. the thought of all those probably brilliant unheard tracks just sitting in a vault in some recording studio makes me want to cry.

I wouldn't say never! you never know if, maybe like 20 years from now, they'll have an anthology collection and they might include some of the unheard gems :D

Grrr, I only have three/four hours of lectures all week and two of them happen to be 10-12 on tuesday. How irksome. Thank goodness for all the listen again features the magnificent BBC offer.
April 25, 200818 yr The premiere will be 6:00 am in my country and even though I love Coldplay, there is no power in the world that makes me wake up at that time excepting if it's something absolute necessary. So I think I’m just gonna wake up a little bit earlier than usual, I will look for a link of a ripped mp3 version and download it, put it on my ipod and I will listen to it over and over again the rest of the day

I'm at +8GTM I'm at +10GMT mate so I can tell you the BBC6 session will be from 6PM - 9PM and the XFM one will be at 8PM. Ugh, I have a terrible timezone personally. 8PM-11PM for BBC6 and 10PM for XFM. Tuesday night is going to be late late late. Plus my sister is staying over next week, if she hogs the computer during that time... :veryangry:
