today i went through a local entertainment magazine and there was a review of MGMT's latest album, Congratulations. 3 stars if i'm not mistaken. it reviewed that Flash Delirium is the worst song by Mika not sang by Mika. (of course, they know it's written by MGMT)

something like that. i totally disagree, i think Flash Delirium is awesome.

the video for 'It's Working' is out and the ending reminded me a little of Flash Delirium. where things go sparks, just like the end of Flash Delirium. well, towards the end of both videos.

i dont find his hair much different from the previous. :thinking:

though there was a phase where he's hair was much shorter.

 

the video reminds me of Flash Delirium's concept a little. with all those weird gadgets and explosions.

but the new album's music video concept is definitely different from Oracular Spectacular's music videos' concept. kinda miss those type of videos. but i like this concept too. :P

I love Congratulations SO MUCH! It really is great!

I read so many bad review about Congratulation that I didn't listen it yet. I don't want to be disappointed as I love so much Oracular Spectacular.

the new album is more like "The Youth and Weekend Wars" than Electric Feel

.....and dear god Electric Feel is so damn amazing

but im glad they had the balls to go a different route on the next album

 

the idiots who write the reviews just dont "get it" because its nothing like Oracular at all

they arent radiofriendly...... they take a while to grow on you

but once they do, youll love them and the album will make sense somehow

I gave the chance for this last album and it's pretty good actually. Except one song that I don't like very much but it's worth it.
