You know you're addicted to Coldplay when...

Featured Replies

When you actually spend time separating your little sack of Coldplay confetti into piles by icon (teardrop, flower, flame, bird, etc.) so you can send your friend one of each.

You know when you're addicted to Coldplay when you're on this forum almost everyday.

Aww that's so sweet!

And when you PM a coldplayer with extra and offer to pay the postage for one piece to complete your collection, lol.:D

...and when you are willing to send it for free if you have it because you know how much that piece of confetti means! :)

when the idea of spending 3 weeks without being able to know what's happening in the Coldplay world makes you nervous, worried & nearly gives you palpitations :freak:

how am I gonna do ?! :wreck:

I'm glad I'll have my mp3 with me, so that Coldplay will be with me

^^Aw, thanks,lol.:D

^When I lost my internet a couple of months ago, I worried about email, facebook etc, but when I got some time on my phone the first thing I did was come here!

You'll survive...maybe,lol.

^:lol: Oh, I'd go on my phone, but since I'll be abroad I can't (it's super expensive :freak: ). But luckily for me, we'll have to go print some stuff at some point, so we'll have to go to a cyber-café of some sort. I'll ask for a bit of Internet time & come check how Coldplay's doing :D

:fingersx:

I was so sad that my phone got hacked so I had to go to my concert without taking the forum with me,lol. But as long as you get some time at an internet cafe, the madness probably won't take you!:laugh3:

When you hear somebody sing the first line of Viva like so. "I used to rule the mothaf*cking world"

I know my mom's becoming addicted when she calls me at work today to tell me she's watching Coldplay interviews on youtube and that she likes Chris Martin's pretty blue eyes

^^When you play VLV live and you secretly want to sing Who thhe f**k would want to be king' because you heard Chris sing it that way once.

^ XD

When you re watch the 9 minute interview of Amex unstaged. And now you want to get some spray paint or markers or anything and learn how to graffiti up your iPod,backpack, hands, paper, guitars, everything else too :laugh3: :D

Also when your revising the lyrics to your own song and playing the chords along with it. Then you hear Hurts Like Heaven and wonder how it would sound with the chords you came up with. And then 2 minutes later the chords sound better with HLH rather your own song. Now when I play my song I unintentionally sound like my knocking off HLH. Which if your a musician you understand that it's hard to not influenced. Haha :D

you know your addicted to coldplay when:

-when maths, the teacher says, 'angle x and angle y equals....' and you say 'coldplay'

-whenever you see elephants, you sing 'para-para-paradise'

-when Charlie Brown plays in a shopping centre, you dance and sing to it (ive done that )

-whenever you 'discover' a new coldplay song, it instantly becomes your favourite

-you scratch 'major minus,' or 'viva la vida' onto the desks at school

-you have nothing better to do then look up coldplay unstaged on youtube

-when your favourite song changes every two weeks and its always a coldplay song

-you envy people who hav gone to a coldplay concert

-you have the riff of ETDIAW stuck in your head

-you want to walk down the isle to yellow

-you always but a coldplay reference in a story you write

When your about to get hit with nasty thunderstorms (like right now as we speak) and the power might go out and when the power goes out your Xyloband will automatically light up like they as soon as it goes dark at Coldplay concerts when they come on stage :)

Argghh! This is frustrating me! I'm playing the D chord but it doesn't sound like that! on the 10th fret. Y this no work! Help anybody? I would appreciate it. NVM got it.

When you give your little brother slice of your pizza and he says "thanks Berryman!" I don't understand him sometimes...

When you see a Roadie with a camera on stage at a Coldplay show and know he's taking the nightly panorama

when you hear people saying "go team GB" and for a good 5 seconds you think they're talking about Guy Berryman

Haha! I've had a similar experience, except it had to do with Keane instead of Coldplay...

So Keane has a song called 'Soveriegn Light Cafe' (SLC) and some people where talking about Keane concert in Salt Lake City (also SLC). So confusing!

When you're really happy cause your little brother (same one who called you Berryman) is listening to Coldplay.

When you're on holidays in Spain with your family and you decide to go visit a small town for the day, and on your way there the first song you think of listening to is Don Quixote/Spanish Rain :D

When the first website you visit when you find some internet access on holidays is Coldplay.com :awesome:

When you can't stop thinking about them. It is so weird, they're with me all the time!
