haha same here. no, it would just be stupid to have a nice bike if you live where i live because it would most likely get stolen. i don't have any pictures of it either.

I'm in the strange situation of having 3 bikes:

Here's basically what it looks like, but it doesn't have shocks, and there's a lot more mud on it than that.

 

I left my on campus when I left MSU. Hopefully someone else is loving it now. :embarassed:

They probably are, Danell said she knew a some guys that stole bikes alllllllla dah time or something like that...I would imagine bike thieves are roaming everywhere.:(

I shall get a supersuper bike lock security system when i transfah.

My bike was stolen a few months ago but it was recovered about a week later. People steal bikes at my university all the time. My roommate's was stolen just last week.

 

We're thinking of setting up a situation where one of us leaves our bike obviously unattended, and hides in the bushes to see who comes and takes it. Then when they ride off, we'll check the digital camera to see the pictures we took of their face - only to discover the memory card was already full of cat pictures. That's the plan.

Bah. I've been wanting to get a bike for the past 3 years or something, after my parents gave my old bike away. :(

I can't imagine a life without bikes, especially now in times where the gasoline prices are indecently high. My last bike was rubbish so I bought a new one 3 weeks ago. It's a so called "Holland-bike" and I absolutely love it! For me there's no other bike which is more comfortable to ride than an original bike from the Netherlands. :)

But really, there's a bunch of hills right near my house that are perfect for some mountain biking, but I don't think I'll have the guts to go. haha.
