It's very hard to choose which one is our favorite hmm? :P

But I'm just like Briggins, Bloodbank is the one that I listen to the most ^^.

Then, it's For Emma. Such a wonderful piece of music.

New Music: Bon Iver: "Creature Fear" / "The Park" (Feist cover) / Interview (live on Australia's Triple J) [stream]

Justin Vernon of Bon Iver was on Triple J, the government-funded Australian radio session, doing an interview and a couple of acoustic songs for the show "Like A Version". He does a nice version of For Emma's "Creature Fear", and then a cover of Feist's Reminder track "The Park", both with just his voice and guitar. The interview is, quite frankly, hilarious, and it's well worth checking out the whole thing. (via Stereogum)

This four-song collection continues down the path forged by 2008's critically acclaimed "For Emma, Forever Ago". Bon Iver's snow-blanketed harmonies live across the seasons. As much as "Emma" is about the cold, "Blood Bank" is about the warmth that gets you through it. Both expansive and intimate, these songs explore the darker and lighter natures of the seasons and what they signify, and offer a glimpse into the natural energy and refined craftsmanship that characterize Justin Vernon's music

I still prefer some of the songs on the fool length. But Blood bank sure is one of his best ones.

Well, I prefer the album, but Blood Bank definately is my favorite song of Bon Iver.

Such a great artist.

What's the fool length Brigs?

Blood Bank is doing big things down here in aus. it hasnt quite reached the level Skinny Love did but its pretty damn close.

I'm not sure how many Canadians know/listen to him. It might be on the radio....but it might not. I'll never know! (But somehow I doubt it is popular here)

Hardly anyone in the UK knows him! :bigcry: It's an amazing album and the EP is pretty cool, especially Blood Bank, my fave songs:

For Emma

I need to get that album on my mp3 player to listen to at school when I'm studying.

You should! GOD! IT IS AMAZING!

the raw and genuine nature of For Emma sort of reminds of what coldplay were like in their parachutes-era and before.

*nostalgia*

Today I listened to Wisconsin 3 or 4 times in a row. At first I thought it was a long and boring song. Now it moves me.

Yes he is a good artist.Good guitar player.

^Thats a great version. Also like his cover of The Park by Feist.
