I just got my presale code!! But the MTL show is now on July 29? I thought they changed it on ticketmaster, but then put it back to Oct 20. Anyone in the know of when the proper date is?

I dunno if you saw my earlier post, but when I messaged Best Buy earlier in the day they said pre-sale codes would be sent out over the next 24hrs... So you'll most likely get yours soon : )

Well I'm just one of many dissappointed fans from Winnipeg. It was so nice of Best Buy to send me my pre-sale password and then announce that 3 concerts had been cancelled including the one in the 'Peg. So....I now have a password for pre-sale tics that is useless to me:angry:. If there is anyone out there who would like my password to buy tics for an actual concert let me know. It did say in the Best Buy e-mail that it was good for the concerts out east and nothing about it being good to purchase pre-sale tics if the band reschedules. And can you believe that I e-mailed a local radio station on Monday telling them that something was up with the concert as Ticketmaster had removed it off their website. The station was still advertising the concert at that time and wrote me back saying the it was still a go. Talk about a total lack of communication. Oh well-I'll get over all of this-eventually. Hope they do re-schedule though.

I know what you mean! Some of those codes are selling for 50$-ish and that's no guarantee that you'll even get a ticket.

 

Nevertheless, I am considering buying a code. Please don't throw tomatos at me. I've never seen Coldplay live and have loved them for ages, and I just don't see how I'll get a ticket without taking part in the presale. :\ I signed up for the Best Buy thingie too late. Grrrrrr.

 

Does anyone know when the Montreal pre-sale starts? Ticketmaster says noon Thursday, but some of the ebay listings say 10 am.

Today I got the email from coldplay fan club that they changed the Toronto date from October to July. I wasn't hoping to go in October, but I do have free time in July.

...And surely, it's too late to receive the pre-sale code directly from bestbuy (what a bad idea on behalf of the promoters, by the way :thinking:).

 

Anyway, if someone has the code they choose to share, please send me a PM or email. I don't know if every code is unique - hopefully it isn't.

hey. was planning on going to TO show in october, but now that I am moving at to toronto at the end of the month, andwith the whole schedule change I can watch them in july still.i am a best buy member, but never found out about the changes in dates and presale info until recently. this has put a damper on my plans. any willing to share/hand over their best buy pre sale password for TORONTO? if not, any girls want to take a new guy moving to TORONTO at the end of the month to a great COLDPLAY show on me??? please pm me.

I'm just going to get up early, sit in front of my computer at 10am and hope for the best. I'm going to be buying a single ticket anyway, I find getting a good pair for a concert as in demand as this one is a pain in the a**.

When you sign up for the Sens insider, click the Scotia Bank Insider option as well (or go back and edit your Sens insider account). Some things, Sens specific come through Sens insider, things concert/event related often come through ScotiaBank Place insider (or something to that effect. Cant remember the mailing lists exact name).
