I already had a thread about my anger towards thinking that just because you like Coldplay, your gay. But i wore my CP shirt a couple weeksa ago. No one said one word to me that made me feel like punching them. But today i wore my black twisted logic tour sepia shirt. The same kid that's my friend (hate to say it) says that Coldplay is gay. And i said this to another one of my friends this morning "Chris martin isnt gay he's married to Gwenyth Paltrow" The later one of my friends said you gay because you like Coldplay. He heard it from the 40 year old virgin. I just dont get how one movie can make so many people think CP fans are gay. And why did the movie have to rip on CP for christ sake! Rip on Clay Aiken (dont want to start an argument about that)

I can see why that would be upsetting, but some people are ignorant and you can't do much about it. Who knows, the guy might even be a closet fan and not admit to it because Coldplay isn't "macho" or whatever. Some people are just stupid. If you like something, then that's that.

I read it. I feel for anyone being called gay that isnt. In my shoes I take offense that being gay is considered a "bad" thing. I am happy in my shoes and look at who I am as a positive thing. I AM a gay person that happens to like Coldplay. There are many of us "gays" that do. SO WHAT? Problems? Get over it. I am.

Its still one of mine too. I do have a sense of humor as well. I knew that by submiting my opinion there would be those provoked to make fun. I dont care what people think. I just take offense, say what you will. I come here to find new info about the band I love. NOT to make fun or call people names.

My mates are to a degree open minded, maybe because were all 18ish or maybe because they know I listen to stuff other than Coldplay.
