UPDATED TOUR SCHEDULE

ok what the fuck. this is really annoying. now the hartford concert is two days before boston. so if i want to see them twice it will be in the same week instead of nicely spread out between months. i know that sounds like a dumb complaint but it really does annoy me...

thescientist06, I'm in the same boat. I am actually livid and heartbroken because I was planning on taking my girlfriend as part of an anniversary present. Unfortunately she will be in Sweden for school in November. Hopefully I can procure some Chicago tickets. Fuck me.....

this is what i get for downloading their leaked album a week before release date, a great summer show pushed back 4 months. karma sucks.

They took Omaha, NE off the tour...??? Unless I am missing something.

im not sure but i read somewhere that half of these dates that got postponed are being cancelled, and there is no rescheduled dates to be announced unless its announced within the next day or so.

I think I've sorted the Easy Thread Finder listing now. If any see's anything glaringly obvious that I've missed please tell me in that thread

Thanks for the update! But, alas, I feared that Coldplay would reschedule Toronto's date...*sigh* I can't go anymore. And I was looking forward to it for SOOO LONG [they came on my BIRTHDAY on their last tour, missed out on getting tickets.]

I hope they come back to Canada soon. :(

Oh thank GOD, I was going to go crazy if something official didn't come out soon.

And it looks like I can still go to my concert in DC! Although I'm flying home from England that day, so I'll be ridiculously jetlagged... it's worth it though- my first Coldplay concert (finally)! :D

conveniently, i wont be around the midwest for the st paul show on november 14...now ill just get to drop cash on a flight too! wow.

at least ill get to see them in chi town this summer

Coldplay Reschedule Tour Dates, Add TV Appearances

Coldplay has been forced to reschedule the opening dates of their 2008 North American tour due to "production delays." The tour will now kick off with their two, sold out shows in Los Angeles on July 14 and 15. The band says in a statement, "We're very sorry, but we promise you a show worthy of your patience and understanding when we start in mid-July." The tour had been originally slated to begin June 29 in Philadelphia.

Coldplay will still play their free concerts in London (June 16), Barcelona (June 17) and New York City (June 23). The band will appear on the Today Show on NBC on June 27 and on The Daily Show With Jon Stewart on June 26.

The band is also about to shoot a video for the song "Viva La Vida" with legendary director/photographer Anton Corbijn. In other Coldplay news, tune in this weekend when radio stations around the country will air FMQB Productions' Inside Coldplay: Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends, a one-hour special featuring the band members discussing their highly anticipated fourth album. We're very sorry, but unfortunately Coldplay have had to move the dates of some of the previously-announced US shows. The band have experienced some production delays which mean that the show simply won't be ready for June 29. It's very frustrating but they promise you a show worthy of your patience and understanding when they start in mid-July. All tickets remain valid, but refunds will be available from the point of purchase if you're unable to make it to the new date. Click here to view the full revised routing.

WTF, LADS....

(**SLAP** ) to whomever is responsible for this!

my mood has turned most foul:whip::whip::whip:

I knew it was too good to be true for Oklahoma City. Moved from July 10 to November 16...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plus side- A TON of ticket scalpers are gonna lose a lot of money over these changes. I might be the only one happy with this, cause the Orlando date stayed the same, and then a Ft. Lauderdale date was added which is closer to me than Miami is. So....I might be able to go to both now.

OTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WTF? They cancelled all their Western Canadian stops???

Talk about getting a guys hopes up... what a sad day.

Yes, you can get a refund.
