I'm a strange person and usually clean my room when I'm angry, but I just threw a magazine across the room and I felt a little better. :tongue: I don't usually throw tantrums but that minor one felt good.

 

Anyway, what do you do? I need some tips, I'm really angry right now. :angry:

Argh, I'm angry too... I wish I could help, but I'm mostly fishing for tips as well. :angry:

Anyways, When I'm angry I usually curse A LOT and violently (in a few languages) and then throw things at the wall. Or punch the wall. Depends on how mad I am. :P

I also clean my room if I'm in a rage. It's so strange, that!

 

Once I was so angry I kicked a hole in my door whilst trying to open it :uhoh:

(it was a kind of hollow door, made of something like mdf I think, lol), oooops.

I just tend to shout when I get angry. And apparently my eyes grow to double their original size, and my hands start flailing everywhere :uhoh:

 

I don't tend to get physical though, well I recall repeatedly punching a pillow a couple of years back, but I'll make that an exception, since it involved me moving schools.

 

But really, I don't get angry very often, just annoyed most of the time. I'm quite a composed person, I think.

Nothing gets me quite as angry as stubborn video games. When I throw tantrums I'm like the incredible hulk. Half of me wants to break something, while my other half is afraid that I'm going to break something. This conflict usually results in me cursing (also in various languages) and running around in circles.

 

I can keep myself upset for a while, so I'll run over to my digital piano, and play something dissonant like politik (or just smack it). When I tire myself out I'll switch to trouble, and then the ending of "have yourself a merry little christmas"...by then I feel a lot better. :D

Lie down in my bed staring at the ceiling with my arms crossed over my chest and just let myself boil for a little bit, then roll over on my side and punch the shit out of my mattress.

 

Probably not the healthiest thing to do, but it works for me.

Hide my iPod, because when I get angry I usually yell at my mom and get in trouble and I have this fear that they're going to take it away.

 

If I don't yell at anybody, I listen to music or take a nap. Or go outside and do some tosses with my flag.

Actually.. If it is nice out, when I get angry I go outside and go to a park and swing..Or I go for a walk or something.

I almost always walk down to the elementary school near my house and just swing on the swings like a little kid, whenever I'm angry/upset/frustrated. It usually helps. :)

^Yep! It makes me feel like a little kid again, when I actually had NOTHING serious that angered me, as opposed to now... it's so peaceful and calming, too.

My anger steps:

 

1. Try and fail to hold it in

2. Get very red

3. Punch a wall

4. Scream as now my hand hurts from step 3

well it depends on how upset I am and at what.... Mostly when it involves other person I say it right away like "Why did you say that?" or "Why did you do that when you know this?" I confront it right away, so it depends on what they say too.. if it's something I can't control then I get very upset. Get up walk around and walk around and yes walk around some more and then I just kinda get sad... :shifty:

When I'm angry I talk to my piano. And if it doesn't reply, we'll playing a song together :D I love my piano :D He's the only thing i can talk to everytime :P

Hmm unfortunately I'm a very short-tempered person. So even if my dogs bark I would like to throw them both out of the window :stunned: It scares me sometimes how angry I can get. I guess I got that from my father, who is also often peevishly.

 

I starting to cramp my fists until it hurts, then I make grimaces and swear (especially in english) like a fool and then I calm down because I know that it doesn't help if I would destroy things around me.

I have a good clear out. If you are horder, abit like me, then getting angry really helps to chuck the stuff out that your divering over weither to keep or not. Either that or clean, I can clean for england when I'm angry, though I have to say, I rarely get angry, so these things don't happen often!!!!!!
