does it really matter. Oracle either answers incorrectly, half assed or not at all. So we might as well just fuck with him. :D

I guess the Oracle is geared more for the casual listener....for us diehard fans I think we are just looking for answers that only an insider could give.

 

Bad question example: Coldplay has a song and its got some kind of color in it - it goes something like this...and it was all _____. Can you tell me what this song is??

 

Good question example: Guy has been seen with a camera on the recent tour. What is he planning on doing with all the pictures hes been taking?

What kind of reaction do you want from the O ? To shut up/down or to give in depth answers on something you REALLY want to know ?

Of course I know they will answer he just loves making pictures for his collection and holding a camera makes him more comfident when he is so shy and.. I can figure out my answers. But still I am curious about this !

I dont know. it's just that when we first heard about the Oracle, we got all excited about it and thought it'd be GREAT fun and everything... but then it turned out to be a bit boring and annoying regarding most of the questions the O would pick.. I got pissed when seeing he/she would only answer love issue related questions.. come on, wtf?! or "what's the song 'for some reason I cant explain ?" seriously.... ?! :dozey:

there were some good questions answered but that's a very small minority..

Yeah, I've already asked it twice...I mean that is an interesting question and not just because I'm in a few pictures he took...although that does make me more curious...

If we ask about the camera the oracle will just say something like "it wouldn't be much fun if i tell you" :dozey:

Oracle does answer some stuff that not all fans know. Like the Dan Green was in the Nappies video. Not everyone knows who Dan is. I know who Dan is. I talked to him in Chicago when he was walking back to the sound mixing area. But I know who everyone is, so I don't count. :P

 

Oracle is not big on straight answers. The only questions that get straight answers are the really dumb ones that these spazs need to learn to fucking Google. Like Mel said, ask something stoopid get an answer, ask something smart, get ignored. Ask something crazy, get a cheeky response.

OK I say we take Mel's basic question about Guy's pics, everybody make their own question about it (so the bastard can't say we all just cut and pasted it) and send it in...every fucking day..several times a day..until it is answered, addressed or chokes the fucker's mail box to death!
