July 23, 200917 yr :laugh3:Try Goodwill, Josh- I hear they are a bit more lenient with their clientele;)
July 23, 200917 yr I've been rejected by both many times... :( I find Victoria's Secret to be a nice place to shop.
July 23, 200917 yr this hoodie dress in navy, too... WANT :wideeyed:. I have such a weakness for hoodies in general, but I could actually wear leggings with this without feeling like my ass was too exposed (pet peeve: when people wear leggings with no other ass-covering. Long shirt/tunic/dress/skirt, fine). My favorite hoodie is American Apparel too, so I know I'd love this. Maybe I'll save my food money in London...I assume they have a London location :P. But I really really want this and really really don't need this.
July 23, 200917 yr Grace those are adorable!!! I want those so bad. :smug2: Yeah, the skirts are cute. Tops? Hmm, depends on the kind of look you're going for. For something casual, you could do a tanktop tucked in with a cute cardigan and just add some necklaces or something. As for heels, I say that as long as you can walk in them, the higher, the better. =P So far the highest I have is 5 inches and they are actually pretty comfortable. I find that, for me, the higher the heel, the more comfortable it is. :P That's cool Starlight ! (sorry Idk your name :\) You definitely should have a look at those 2 shops ! Comptoir des cotonniers is quite expensive, and the summer sales are just over :P Just walk in the streets in town, I'm sure you'll find some great stuff ! Btw that sucks for you, the dollar is not very high now.... but for me it's perfect, I'm coming to US next week ! Btw... could you advise me some good shops there ? Thanks ! :nice: Thanks! You are lucky you have the exchange advantage haha. Hmmm I would suggest Forever 21 and Urban Outfitters. Anthropologie has GORGEOUS stuff but a bit on the pricey side. Old Navy sometimes has cute stuff as well. Target has cute stuff as well, for a decent quality. I think you already have Gap in France, right? Probably won't be too special for you then. :P I've heard target is even more exclusive... I might be wrong. YES TARGET IS AMAZING. ...though I am biased, because I work there. :P I love my job.
July 23, 200917 yr lately, i'm a lot into american apparel. le sac dress. aaah, i love how there are about 23 milion ways to wear it. :wideeyed: This dress is gorgeous ! Thanks for the advice, I'll have a look there :sneaky: Thanks! You are lucky you have the exchange advantage haha. Hmmm I would suggest Forever 21 and Urban Outfitters. Haha yes I know I'm lucky, I'm gonna enjoy believe me :P Never heard of these, are there many shops ? Yes we have Gap in France, but we never know, it's cheaper in the US ! Uh... dunno what Target is :uhoh:
July 23, 200917 yr Target is an "everything" store, basically they sell house stuff, food, clothes, etc. You can live in Target. :P
July 23, 200917 yr le sac dress. aaah, i love how there are about 23 milion ways to wear it. I'm not a huge American Apparel fan, but that's a really cute dress and I love the color. =)
July 23, 200917 yr I find that' date=' for me, the higher the heel, the more comfortable it is.[/quote'] Haha, yeah. Especially if they've got a platform in the front. I've got two pairs like that and they're SO comfortable. =)
July 23, 200917 yr Gucci, Chanel, or Louis Vuitton? I'd say: Chanel, then Gucci and then Louis Vuitton. =P
July 23, 200917 yr i knooooowwwww, chelsea. hoodies are just the best. they're comfy, which makes them e.g. perfect to wear for a long flight. i usually wear them when i feel pretty much blah and can't bother to dress up. and this hoodie dress is an awesome combination of both comfort and a great look and there are sooooo man colours. same goes for the dress i posted. there are soooo many possibilities of styling it.

Thanks to you, Grace, I've been browsing American Apparel a lot recently. So thanks for making me want clothes I don't need and can't afford :P. I'm seriously going to get the hoodie dress when I go to London. There are I think 6 different locations there, whereas here I'd have to order it online (I think I want the purple one). I totally see this becoming my airport outfit :wacky:. I LOVE the way the Le Sac dress looks on the models, but I have a feeling I would have a really hard time perfectly recreating the different styles, and in any way I tie it, it would just look like a bag. In other news, I think I'm pretty much tired of summer clothes. I want to wear fall/winter clothes now. Because it's been such a mild summer here, I bet September is going to be really hot, but since it seems like England had a hot summer, I'm hoping fall will come early there :sneaky:.
July 23, 200917 yr I'm so depressed right now. I have to go back to school shopping soon, and I just realized how much stuff I need. So I decided to go on the websites of stores I usually shop at, and the prices are just mind boggling here in Canada :bomb: compared to all the things you guys post. For example you know those Blowfish Hobbits someone posted they were like $49, http://www.sterlingshoes.com/collection/detail.cfm?category=1&subCategory=100&pageNum=1&prodID=25549 The only place that sells them here is Sterling and they're : $79 + tax:shame: I usually go to America for big shopping sprees like that, but this year my family can't go cause we've got other things to do, so yeah I'm in a desperate need of advice about where I can buy nice clothes at reasonable prices in Canada.
July 23, 200917 yr I have awesome clothes, cos I am awesome. Coming from someone who wears cardigans, that's the funniest thing I've heard all day............................ :laugh3:
July 23, 200917 yr what's wrong with guys wearing cardigans? it think it's quite cute and if i had a bf i'd make him wear one, too. :P
