Okay, since I will only get back from my holiday on December 5th, I won't be able to send the postcard before that date.

 

I am quite positive that it will reach the UK in time from Germany, unless the closing date will be Dec. 12th or so ...

So how long will the PO Box be running and when will the postcards be handed over to the band?

I'm looking at the lastpostingdates website and realise those are dates for last posting OUT of the UK for foreign destinations. It may be the same timescales for mail going INTO the UK but are there websites you can check in other countries?

oh, crap, is it? haha, well that was bad on my part. in my defense, i was in a hurry to get somewhere :P

 

i'll look to see if there's something like that, for mail INTO the UK. but i assume the dates wouldn't be THAT much different, but it is more incentive to get the things in the mail ASAP.

does anyone have any ideas about a small thing we can do for debs? lore and i were talking, and she's been so good to us, has gone above and beyond the call of duty, so i for one think that she deserves something too. i don't really have any ideas as to what, though. i feel like buying her a present or something :D

 

really, though, most bands don't make a band super-insider this accessible, and even if they do, i highly doubt they're as willing to help us out as she is (if we overlook the fact that she was on vacation all that time :P). being able to talk directly to her makes the band feel that much closer, and that's something uniquely coldplay and uniquely debs. i think we should specifically thank HER for that too :D
