i do wonder if you're right. sometimes i wonder if debs has permanently forgotten. i think she has to get back to us SOMETIME, though. i just figure she's really busy right now :\

 

even though i want this to be a christmas/holiday project, i think it'll still be wonderful if it was after christmas, rather than potentially risking things. not that the "mail to coldplayers" plan is that risky, but it is one more link in the chain that could hypothetically break. i'm a fan of simplicity, even though i tend to overcomplicate things sometimes.

You're right. It will still be a wonderful project even if it happens after Christmas. We'll just have to be patient and hope for a response soon.

Things look simple to me. Far too much over-analysis here.

 

Write to Debs, tell her that the project is for Chrismas* (I thought that was the whole idea - to thank the band for this incredible year, no?) and that we need news very soon so that the coldplayers who live in the more far-flung areas of the world won't be excluded.

 

Tell her about Plan B, that is really it's going to have to start very soon if we don't hear anything, and see what she says.

 

If she doesn't get back within the week, start Plan B.

won't hurt anything. ask away. the oracle proved with alison's question that they're aware of the same question coming in numerous times, so you might as well do it and do it more than once :D
