October 14, 200817 yr Hi everyone! Does anybody know the notes for the hardest part only the piano version, just chris played it at the concerts and on the bbc radio 2 show? i would be very happy if someone can help me
October 14, 200817 yr Not sure if any one has made a full sheet. It;s mainly just chords with some of the guitar arpeggios mixed in, try looking up the chords and try transcribing some of the guitar.
October 16, 200817 yr Author Oh yes! Please try it to find some chords or whatever for the piano. the version chris plays it at the concerts is so beautiful.
October 19, 200817 yr Hey, I've found something in another thread. http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=50365 They were looking for the notes, too, and there is a download for the whole X&Y album. Maybe it will help you.:) http://www.sendspace.com/file/awjxuh Have fun!
October 20, 200817 yr Author I have downloaded it already. But it's not the version chris plays it like here for example: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvQbopWRTfA]YouTube - COLDPLAY- The Hardest Part (BBC 2 SHOW)[/ame]
October 21, 200817 yr You can do two things. Play the usual chords exact as in the book.. Or, write the chords as in the book says down on black paper. And play around with those chords. It won't be exact the same as Chris does. But you can get a nice piano version of it that can beat the original one! :)
October 21, 200817 yr yeah just play around with the original chords, try to play them as close as you can to the way Chris does, improvise something, whatever as long as they are the same chords. He also does the same riff of the beggining.
October 22, 200817 yr Author I have found this for example: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1EIgNheqzM]YouTube - Coldplay "The Hardest Part" Cover[/ame] But is that like the version chris plays it?
October 22, 200817 yr ^^ I based myself on that version too to play it. It isn't 100 % accurate, but good enough for me :p
November 9, 200817 yr I know how to play it. I Its just the regular chords in the song. If you have a sheet music book with THP in it, than look at the chords and play it the way he does. I will try to post a video soon!!!
November 14, 200817 yr Author Please, could anyone a video tutorial how to play it? pleasssssseeeeeee heeeeelllllllllllpppppppp! it is such a good version chris plays it, i have the sheets from the x&y book but i'm not sure if that are the right chords? it sounds not like the version chris plays. Does anyone have the right chords?
November 15, 200817 yr They ARE the real chords, it's just that chris may play them a little lower and just played a little with the song. Play with it you too.

December 6, 200817 yr Whats finale? Finale Notepad is a program you can use for music notation. You can download it (i think) for free from their website. Its really useful and works pretty well. There is plenty of places to get it for free if you surf around
