but i like, cry every time i hear LIT2. i do so much excited/in love crying these days: coldplay concerts, coldplay ticket upgrades, new coldplay music, OBAMA...

I cried when I first heard LIT2 :dozey: It's so amazing!

Whenever they show a clip of Obama's victory speech and/or Jesse Jackson crying, I burst out sobbing... I can't help it!

Why do I feel like none of these songs just have Chris' voice straight, without any effects?

And I think Rainy Day definitely has a little Beatles influence in it during the string section, but that's probably just me being a Beatles freak :P

I LOOOOOOOOVE Life In Technicolor ii as well. I was wondering.. do it think it'll be longer than the instrumental, or the same length? I would be pretty sad if it was the same length... Then there would only be like a minute of it that we haven't heard, right?

this is going to be so great

i really liked all the tunes i heard, but i think prospekts march has the best potential

just imagine how amazing it will be when will, chris, and guy join chris with their instruments to really put this piece of music together! :D

I think it will definitely be a bit longer than the version on VLV. Or at least, I hope it will. It's just so beautiful. :)

I probably sound like such an idiot, raving about this 90 second clip of this song, but I just really really loved it! :P

You've got to be kidding. If you think that you sound like an idiot, than the rest of us do as well. :P We are all (well, most of us) extremely excited. I really love it too.

i was a wreck last night at the election party. i have never felt like that before in my life, not even when i met barack, not even when i was front row at coldplay.

i thought that about rainy day too! i love that one. i have to say, PM is my least favorite out of them so far, but that basically means nothing, since it's mindblowing.

Ha. Very good point! We are all raving lunatics! ;)

That one sentence made me more jealous than I've ever been in my whole life- You met Barack?!?! And you got front row tickets?!? That's like.. all of my dreams come true :bigcry: But yeah, when they called it last night, I just completely lost it. I couldn't stop crying and staring blankly at the TV, I was in complete shock. I'm still in shock- all of the volunteering and worrying and drama, it all paid off! He won! :D

I immediately thought "BEATLES!" when I listened the Rainy Day :P I guess PM would be my least favorite too, but I can't really pick one to be my least favorite, they're all so great!

wow great for you guys with facebook, I'll just wait :)

Gah I've been spending the last 5 minutes doing nothing but moving my cursor all over a picture of a glass of water! :sweatdrop:

I was worried I was doing it wrong, but suddenly Prospekt's March came up

Heh... yeah... it's not like I have a paper due tomorrow morning. And I currently have about one paragraph written.... and it's 11:30 PM. Greeeattttt.

Oh well, guess I'll just have to listen to the clip of LIT II one more time! :D

^^I have to read 21 pages of Aristotle. Ahhh!

Guys, my play count on iTunes for these 4 clips is already WAY too high... :P

Where did you hear that?

Hmm, do you remember when the oracle said it?

Didn't Chris say Prospekt is a guy who went on a journey and never made it home in time or something along those lines?

So I don't think PM would be a marching song, but more of a sad song?
