November 6, 200817 yr LIT II and Glass of Water aren't doing much for me. Rainy Day sounds good, but Prospekt's March is the real winner. That one is just beautiful.

November 6, 200817 yr I think that all of Coldplay's stuff sounds at once like Coldplay, and not like Coldplay. I think it's a progression: play each record separately, and they sound really different. But play Yellow and Clocks and Speed of Sound and Talk and Viva la Vida and Violet Hill and Lovers in Japan and (from what's been released so far) this EP and it all kind of fits. Did that make any sense? :p
November 6, 200817 yr LOL well I can hear everything except LIT2. ...I'm not sure what I think lol, I'd have to listen a lot more before forming my opinion one way or another, but I can say glass of water is my least favorite, both live and on here...sounds a little generic for them.
November 6, 200817 yr ^haha, thanks man :D i honestly believe that LIT2 is one of the songs chris was talking about when he said they were going to release a song everyone needed to hear before they die. and i wasn't excited about LIT2 until today. i thought it couldn't get any better, seriously, and i was looking forward to the new stuff that we haven't heard any of than something we'd essentially had half of. but now...it's fricking ridiculous what i think of it. i think in its entirety, LIT2 will surpass something like 99.5% of all other songs in the coldplay catalog in my book.
