I love this song. From the preview I didn't think much of it, but now hearing the full version its epic awesome. Very different, and it works great.

same! but now its my favorite track!

I found the experiments they were talking about!!! And heck, it turned out to be fantastic!!!

I can't say it's one of my favourite coldplays songs so soon, and the aaaaaaahs are epic!!!

This is now my favorite song of all time, not just Coldplay song.

Chris' vocals, the strings, Jonny's riff throughout the song and especially at the end when it's isolated, is levitating, I'm weightless, gravity gone, feet off the ground. His best work in my opinion, yeah let's dance:dance:

Fav song off the EP.

WOW AMAZING SONG!!! this may be my new favorite upbeat coldplay song.

your post made me smile man :D

Who knows, maybe my mind changes. it's just too chaotic for me for now. but thanks anyway :)

i understand ur point but soon enough u shall come over to our side...the dark side:sneaky:

btw did i tell anyone how much this song rocks? :smug:

If you dont like it straight away this song really strikes me as a grower. It's a challenging listen but I guess that's why I like it, it's a real step up for the band and pushing thier boundaries.

As stated before...this song rocks out with its cock out!

LMAO :P

Does anyone else think it sounds weird where the second verse ends the chorus begins. It sounds very abrupt to me, like it was copy and pasted there. Tell me what you think

I dunno.... I think it's on purpose..

But did you notice that, at the very beginning of the song (at 9 sec exactly), you can hear someone saying something very quickly (I *think* it's Guy...sounds scottish XD) but I can't understand what he's saying... I hear 'top flip flap' :laugh3: which means NOTHING so I'm wondering if you guys understand it???

More fodder, badly produced with effects that sound like a retard was let loose in the studio.

This song is...interesting. I happen to LOVE the chorus and the bass, but everything else just sounds all over the place, especially in the second verse :\

Very, very different! I love this. Does it sound a little like Beck to you guys? Like something off of Modern Guilt but a little bit more cheary.

It sounds a little like something from The Information from Beck.

Still, this song gives me chills. Great introduction and the cello blows me away.

I can't do anything but smile when I listen to this song! It so wonderful :D! Amzing job, once again!

so much've been said about the song... its in my top10, no, not even top 10, in top 5 !!...such a wonderful tune!! oh.... love second vesrse and chorus just :shocked2::dozey::lol::laugh3:

i think it has a very cute intro riff and an overall nice song. i love the very orchestral parts, very viva-like, definitely a high point to the song.

Sorry if this has been brought up, but is this Chris Martin singing the whole way through the song? Cause I swear during the more spoken part of the song it sounds like Bono from U2.

I don't know why everyone is saying its so similar to Viva la Vida. Just the violins and thats it really. It's drawing for top spot on the album with LIT ii for me. What an absolute tune.

I know who else is singing:)

Emily Bart-Smith

I dunno.... I think it's on purpose..

I think it is saying:

"Then there was rain

And I spent the night with the Queen of Spain

My lonely little heart would've broke again

Times were vicious, say

Singing, deeper than the knife goes in before you win

You win but with less than when you begin

Deeper than the knife goes in

Ohhhhhhh"

This song is cute :)

from 0:30 the music reminded me music from the sims 2 XD

am i the only one who think that way?

:laugh3: I totally thought the exact same thing! I made my little sister listen to it, and we both agree that it sounds Sims 2-ish! It's cute!

I don't know of you're joking or if you've misunderstood me...

I'm talking about the little mumbling just before the song beginns (at 0min9 sec). It's coming from someone in the background (maybe Guy 'cause of the accent) but I can't understand what he's mumbling... So is anyone who can?
