i do hope people don't think that the point of this thread is to show off artistic abilities and make people feel inadequate :\. i meant it to be all about sharing the cards with each other so we can see all the prettiness, but people are saying things about being to embarrassed to post their cards or prefacing them with so many comments about how they're not worthy that i'm beginning to feel a bit guilty :P

 

i sent off my two cards today, along with the letter to debs! i'll post the final photos tomorrow, but i think the lady at the post office thought i was insane. she chuckled at the george bush postcard, and was eyeing the logo on everything intently :lol:

The important thing its show the place you're from, the particularities, the hart putted on the postcard. We are such a lot of people from such a lot of different places :), please don't worry and share them all.

Ok ok, so you don't feel guilty ('cause I sure know all about that--"Trouble" is my theme song!:P) I'll be brave and be the first "non-artistic nor creative" one to post my not really

(but kinda) homemade cards.

 

So like I said, I'm not artistic or creative, so when I stopped procrastinating (another of my faults:\) I turned to the internet to find some already-made postcards. At first I looked for New Jersey ones, but they were all boring, and then I found this site...ZAZZLE

 

It's really cool, they have a bunch of stuff you could make with your own designs you can upload, or using a template. And you could buy whatever quantities you'd need! (And shipping was pretty fast, too.) So I found two that I liked, and uploaded the PFFAW project logo, and ordered 1 of each :D

So, as you can see, nothing compared to the postcards people have show so far--they are all AWESOME!:D--but so much better than I could do w/ just pen&paper. I haven't figured out what I'm going to write on the second one, that's why no pic of that one.

 

Oh and there's also a UK site, so if anyone is really stuck, you can "cheat" like me to create your postcard:P (just don't steal mine, ok?:inquisitive: hehehehe. No.Really.:veryangry2:)It took me forever to find this and figure out which to use!LOL

 

--Chelsea, I saw you offer to organize something for coldplayers going to Wembley, this might be a place to look into for t-shirts...:idea2:
