what do the postcards look like to begin with? are they touristy DC ones?

Unfortunately, only one is super cheesy/touristy- I bought them at the National Gallery, so they're not the cheap street-side ones. But one is an aerial shot of the Capitol, and the other (cheesy!) one is the Washington Monument with fireworks exploding behind it ( :lol: , I don't even know when that happens in real life).

 

I was thinking about circling the Mall on the Capitol one and writing "where I'll be on January 20th", as I'll be there for the inauguration, of course! :D

 

...But I can always paste a new image over the pictures, so the possibilities are endless! :P

Okay I need help! I finished my postcard design and I ordered it online and they cancelled my order because it has Coldplay on it and I just called Kinkos and they won't do it for me either.:(

So does anyone know what I should do?

print it on your home printer! it's really easy :D

Sorry, I have no scans! But I just finished my postcards and I'm so excited now!

I kissed them good-bye and I hope when I bring them to the post office tomorrow that they will have a safe journey... :lol: Please Coldplay be nice to my babys :kiss:

 

Little description of my cards:

The first card is a postacrd from my home town, and I wrote basically that I became a fan this year and that I went to my first concert this summer, and that it was awesome, and that I hope that they never stop making music.

 

The second card is a sheet of music of a song about the region where I am living. I wrote that they (Coldplay) made me finally start to play the keyboard. And maybe they want to try out the song in the front one day :hat2:

 

edit: Oh, of course they are decorated with butterfly stickers!
