"i hope they pull a radiohead"

Yes, the COLD GAME ripping off the face of the radio, VERY ORIGINAL.

And VERY PROBABLE.

No we are not making for the religion.

We are making for the FUTURE.

i think we found all of his friends,**cough kakabu, obama, and anything else u might be cough**, in death and all his friends...

Man, WTF?

What is in the future?

I remember seeing an interview with Will that went something like this...

Interviewer: "Are you guys religious?"

Will: "Heavily, heavily religious."

Interviewer: "You are? Really?"

Will: "No."

& from another interview

"Watching the Flaming Lips play, is as close to a religious experience that I've ever had."

that made me think ... how could he not be religious, especially with all of the blessings he has had in his life? idk

Chris Martin said in Rolling Stone that he was hyper religious when he was younger, but he isn't anymore.

Okay....weird....

In my opinion, if you look into Coldplay's lyrics closely, they could actually contain religious imagery and how to live a Christian life. Not as direct as U2, but it's there. VLVADAAHF is a great example; just the title of the last track of the album instructs the listener to resist conflict and committing horrible acts.

just because he has had a great life and good things have happened to him doesn't mean he has to be religious just saying...

Man, WTF?

It's FTW.

:anxious::huh::sick:

a) Are you serious?

and

b) If you are serious, how does the title "death and all his friends" instruct people to "resist conflict and committing horrible acts"?

I think it's safe to dub Chris an agnostic. He said that while he hasn't really made up his mind about God, that he finds God and/or religion interesting things to include in song lyrics.

which is exactly how I feel

I don't really care one way or the other. I don't look to Chris Martin for spiritual guidance. Whatever he believes in is fine by me. Just keep making cool songs. ;)
