February 19, 200917 yr I would like to suggest a new project for this board - 'Lore's from far away'. We all donate a pound/dollar/euro into a kitty and get this Coldplaying.com legend to join us at the gig in September. Good idea? I'm serious btw. You know the thought has crossed my mind, more than once, that it'd be cool if we could somehow all chip in to some kind of "send a Coldplayer to Wembley" fund. I dunno how much it would have to add up to be able to send someone & put them up for a couple of days in London so they could go to a show....dunno how realistic it is. But it would be awesome. We could all chip in a little, and it could add up. Then someone from "far away"(to steal a little from the postcards project hehe) could be picked outta a lottery or something:uhoh:. ' Cause no offense to Lore, but she's not the only one from somewhere far that would love to go to these shows but can't because airfare/hotel would be just too much. oh and back on topic: And the Killers are done.
