they really like this remix? :stunned:

sometimes I think that I don't "know" Coldplay anymore... I don't like it when people change. it's sad.

I really like the remix, in fact I think it's better than the original.

Change is good , it's how you learn

This. I've never really gotten the point of remixes in the first place. Are they popular in clubs or something? I'm obviously ignorant about this.

remixes seem to be along the same lines as covers. people just want to put their own spin on things. that's how i see it, anyway. :P

I cannot express how much I dislike the fact that Coldplay releases remixes as b-sides to singles. I really cannot.

Hey, it's better than releasing a "radio edit" or some other such nonsense. Proper B-sides are pretty much dying out in the digital age.

I don't particularly want to know how many weetabix Guy has for breakfast. The group Twitter does me fine :)

I thought Guy was back on the Johnnie Walker diet. (Christopher Hitchens called it the "breakfast of Champions" you know.:laugh3:)

they always did

The fact that something was always done doesn't mean it's the best course of action.

Anyway, it's not for me to say what they should be releasing, but I think we could do with some b-sides.

True, but there's still the issue of B-Sides being less common generally these days, largely for reasons that bands typically have little to no control over. While they're still signed to EMI, Coldplay don't have final say over things like that, so it may not even have anything to do with them.
