If I saw CM with his family at Disneyland I woud go up and bother him.

Then he would probably let you take the picture with him.

very well said as much as the guy in the article is practically an asshole I was thinking that if i was at disney and i had a digital camera on me that I'd definitely wanna snap his picture .............It wouldnt even be about getting a pic of the kids or anything but who would give up the opportunity to get a pic of the very famous Chris.................

This does not say though that the guy in the article still ain't a CUNT cause he is

Oh and don't get me wrong, HE IS A CUNT!!! Slimey Bastard!!! We all feel the need to protect our Boy's from time to time, it's cause we love them and feel we know them all personally, but really we don't know them at all, just from what we read and see, we all tend to think the band can't do wrong, and maybe they don't but we tend to feel a nurturing towards them, that makes us think they are perfect.

just my view... peace to all.

Chris didn't even do anything to make people think he was trying to avoid and fight the paparazzi. ALL CHRIS DID WAS LOOK AT A CAMERA!!! He, more or less, let the guy take of picture of him and this monster looking thing calls him a jerk for it! Has anybody's friends ever taken a picture of you when you weren't expecting it then been like "jeez! what a jerk!" about you? Same situation

Sorry you feel that way, I have been in the limelight, and have experienced some of this as well, but I can't change the way you feel about the situation, you have an opinion as well as I do, and I respect that.

Then he would probably let you take the picture with him.

I meant to edit it lol. I was a retard pressed submit before I finished lol.

haha!! It's ok :) You're right about seeing Chris on the street though! I think if I saw him at a place like Disneyland, I would take a picture but not make it as noticeable as this douche. I would be some distance away, take ONE pic (try not to get the family in the shot of course) as discreetly as possible and I definetly wouldn't go selling it like some schmuck! Like when I went to The Bakery, we walked past, I walked down the little alleyway to the door, walked back out, took a pic on the other side of the street and went on my way! There's ways of doing things that don't involve running up to someone, getting in there face and yelling 'HOLY SHIT I KNOW YOU!!! TAKE A PICTURE WITH ME AND SIGN THIS!!' I think if i did ever meet any of the guys in Coldplay (or ANYONE famous for that matter), I'd look at their demeanor and if they look like they're having a decent day I'd calmly strike up a conversation, and if the conversation was going well, then i'd ask for a signature.

Btw, I like you're House signature :)

that guy is a dick. chris just wanted to chill with his kids. and he could've asked to take a picture instead of creeping around taking pictures.

I might not even go up to him on the street, I would be SO intimidated! but maybe I would try to get some courage. I am such a wimp lol

I don't think I would either, just because I wouldn't want to run the risk that he might not be having the best day and the last thing he would want is people coming up and bugging him. Cause after 1 person would do it, a line would start to form.

Yeah. I probably couldn't help gawking at him like an idiot. He would probably think I was crazy.

HAHA! Yeah, I might do the same. Like if I saw him and had the chance to say something to him I don't know what I would saw first! "you...Coldplay awesome...listen...music...fan...thank you..."

HAHA! yeah! I would probably say something stupid like "I love you" and then I would run away lol.

Who wouldnt give a nasty look at someone who is trying in invade on your private time with family?! I think this guy needs to have a little empathy and know that people do not want to be randomly photographed at a park with kids. If anyone was in Chris Martin's position they would probably do the same thing. Famous or not famous people deserve privacy at a theme park (anywhere) and shouldn't be paranoid with somebody stalking you.

All together now!

gimme a C......... Gimme a U...... Gimme an N........ gimme a....... well, you get the jist :P

Where's Nathan when you need him??:P

ahahahahahha... he calls his kid Satan spawn.

I mean Chris hadnt seen hes kids in who knows how long so he just wanted to have a great time without having to worry about other people.

i think any parent would act in the same way if they thought someone was taking a photo of their child (people are pretty sick these days)...not just chris although he has more reason to think they are

Chris Martin will always have my respect because he sticks up for his family.

I remember the gauding he had from British paparazzi scum in Jan '08 and how he responded. If someone had gauded me in the same way about mine I'd have responded in the same way.

Chris deserves respect for the way he respects and safeguards his family. These guys are human, and the paparazzi had something go wrong at birth that makes them not! :)

Coldplay to release fifth album in 2009?

This is awesome and really important!!!!

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/celebritynews/2595753/Coldplay-to-release-fifth-album-in-2009.html

Are you kidding? Do you seriously think that you have found something new? The article was last updated in August 2008. That's not even the first time the subject were brought up. Very old and has been discussed to death. It's not relevant anymore. Jonny confirmed not long ago that it wasn't going to happen. Click here and you will see for yourself.

Why the hell would you post the article in this thread, anyway?

Can you blame him? he's hounded by press every second of his life. Of course he is going not going to like cameras. He can never have a normal life again. So that guy should stop taking his for granted. Go have a whine if it makes you feel good to take down someone so much bigger than you - you are just trying to get some spotlight

Stop marrying famous actresses and giving your kids names they’ll hate you for someday. Quit staging world tours that take you from one end of the globe to the other for months on end, playing for hundreds of thousands of people.

:inquisitive: Wow what a royal asshole. Though he's trying to be sardonic here he doesn't succeed at all. It was hard to read the entire article in one gulp due to him trying to be witty and funny and failing so hard at both.

I find it amazing that people would think so negatively. Protip: Of COURSE he's going to be predisposed to be tense (or even upset!)around anyone with a large Nikon or Cannon (etc...) Can you imagine what they have to go through just to walk down a street? I mean come ON.

What I would do? Wave, smile if I got close enough cry out something about how Coldplay changed my life. I would never point my camera towards his family.

Talk about a lack of disrespect and manners. </rant>

I honestly think this guy is joking.
