PolarMonkey
I cant find official video on you tube so Ill post an acoustic version of song, but every version makes me cry... 2nd-ed...it doesn't really make me cry, but the feeling's pretty close when i hear this song. & i think the original by Snow Patrol's more emotional than Leona Lewis' cover of it. tho she did a pretty alright job still. Prospekt.
I was listening to the acoustic version of '59 Sound by Gaslight Anthem a while ago and I almost got pretty choked up. I don't think I've ever actually cried to a song. But I've come close.

I think that only Gary can sing that song. And in my humble opinion she destroyed it. She is ok, while she sings her stuff but its so not nice when she messes with songs such as Run. the_gloaming09
YouTube - Sigur Ros - Ara Batur[/url] this is such an emotional song... it's so great. I really associate a lot of their music with imagry of nature. Like for this i imagine driving right before dawn, and when it crescendo's towards the end the sun is just rising or breaking through clouds... what breathtaking music! ricardo
well I have never cried to a song, except one time to the scientist because of a loss of a loved one, oh wait you said non coldplay, so I guess never :P
strawberryfields
The only song that's ever made me cry is Gravity, by Coldplay (I know, I know, you said non Coldplay songs). But I've cried while listening to plenty of other songs, but it was more because of the situation than the song itself.
