wow I could never say for sure. But politik, a rush of blood to the head, and clocks are probably my favorite.

Personally, I think The Scientist, Twisted Logic, Talk, and Violet Hill are the best lyrically.

Amsterdam has always stood out for me, but I like all songs of course. Chris Martin is a brilliant songwriter :)

Fix You is an easy pick for most meaningful lyrics. The Scientist, Yellow, and Clocks are also that profound.
