You put whatever you want to spoil in square brackets :

 

eg: [ spoiler ] things you want.. eg photos etc in here.. then finish with [ /spoiler ] but do not put spaces in between the word spoiler and the bracket.

 

Hope that makes sense.. took me ages to work it out too! :D
