July 7, 200916 yr oh my god. that memorial was SO sad. when paris was talking, i cried.:sad:. too soon mj, too soon. Oh my god same here I was perfectly fine but when I see someone crying I start myself. It was sooo sad.
July 7, 200916 yr ^^it really, really was. :bigcry:. i loved usher's performance too. then he started to cry. so freaking sad.
July 7, 200916 yr i did feel terrible for them. having to be on international tv. their dad just died..
July 7, 200916 yr ^^ I know that's really awful. Imagine having to live with that when your dad just died. All I'd want is some peace.
July 7, 200916 yr i thought i wouldn't make it through that memorial because i naturally cannot see people cry. it just makes me sob like a little baby. and that's what i did throughout the entire ceremony. seriously, even if you're the coldest person on earth, those last words that paris said probably made everybody cry. i hope the media will leave his kids alone from now on. it's so sad that all he wanted when he was little was childhood and now he cannot even watch his little kids growing up.
July 7, 200916 yr i did feel terrible for them. having to be on international tv. their dad just died.. I agree, poor kids!
July 8, 200916 yr It's just fucking cruel on the kids making them mourn in public Agreed, that was a really stupid thing to do.
July 9, 200916 yr well i guess the kids wanted it, so ... How could you possibly know that?? What a ludicrous statement to make. They're far too young to be able to decide for themselves. :dozey: A lot of people are suggesting it was all a massive "PR exercise", and if that's true, it's disgraceful.:stunned:
July 13, 200916 yr LaToya interview "Michael Was Murdered" http://www.mjfanclub.net/home/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=2226:la-toya-michael-qwas-murderedq&catid=85:latest-news&Itemid=82
July 13, 200916 yr The general consensus is that he accidentally overdosed while desperately trying to clean himself up in time for the concerts. There were far too many people leeching off him to allow anyone to get close enough to murder him. There was too much money at stake. Anyway, the suggestion is that the hangers-on killed him indirectly by constantly feeding his drug dependency. There's probably a lot of truth in that.
July 15, 200916 yr Video of Michael Jackson accident surfaces online <script src="http://player.ooyala.com/player.js?embedCode=dvbDhwOrk6W-3JHmIQ6oTEN9vy8xm_oJ&loadStartTime=1247683383392&width=400&autoplay=1&height=300"></script> A video of a harrowing accident that occurred while Michael Jackson was filming a Pepsi commercial in 1984 has surfaced online. The video shows Jackson dancing on stage at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles while pyrotechnic displays explode around him. Things went wrong during the sixth take, when the fireworks went off too early and Jackson's hair caught on fire. Jackson was apparently unaware that his head was burning and continued dancing until the crew descended on him to put out the flames. He reportedly suffered third-degree burns on his scalp and body as a result. According to Usmagazine.com, Jackson was prescribed several medications to help him tolerate the pain from this accident, which began his addiction to painkillers and his obsession with plastic surgery. http://www.nme.com/news/nme/46131
