On sept 4 i ordered a COldplay t shirt from its official shop ... a web exclusive one :cool:

 

heres the pic

 

 

Now today arrived ...

 

and apart from the fact i love it... has something different..

:thinking:

 

look at the logotype,its quite different from the one showed on the Shop,isnt it? its way too smaller than the real one :\

have i been screwed? :angry:

 

ive send a complaint about it...

That's kind of a big shirt anyway, they probably use the same size for smaller shirts and couldn't make the stamp or whatever bigger or it would be up to skinny peoples' armpits. You're fine, I think.

its a Medium size,in this pic seems big,but its not...

 

look at the Coldplay shop image,the Coldplay word goes from side to side,and mines not :\

 

there are S ,M and L mine is M so :dozey: dont know :P

So this means i should hopefully be getting mine shortly!

No, it's not good enough what they have sent you - it's nothing like what you ordered.

 

Write to the shop. The staff are very helpful there.

i live in South America and arrived in 12 working (from mon to friday) days ...

and if you are in USA shouldnt take longer than that :

No, i know that its taken a really long time.

They emailed me and said it has been out of stock and they will ship it once they receive more.

so i'm still waiting for it.

I have that same shirt and I to was irritated when it arrived because it looked like that, too. I ordered a small and the logo was just like that. I kept it, but it made mad that it wasn't represented honestly. It's okay because they accidently sent me a free life in technicolor t-shirt!

I didn't complain and the way I got the free t-shirt is way back in June when the Life in Technicolor shirt arrived I thought it was too big and sent it back for a smaller size which I got like three days later, but like two weeks ago another shirt arrived in the mail and I checked my bank account and I was never charged haha. I don't know what they will do, but let me know what happens. But yeah I was very irritated when I got it because the logo is a lot smaller and on the side.

Coldplay has a messed up merchandiser.

There always get complains about their stuffs.

Plus slow shipping and whatnots..

They appear to have made a right mess of that T-shirt.:stunned:

I suggest you order one of the Coldplaying ones instead. I've never had a problem with any of those.;)

^^ Yes shipping VERY slow...I waited 11 weeks for my t-shirts that I ordered in April....

The 42 t-shirt also has a much darker color on the website than in reality.

It might have been lost in the mail... I've had that happen to me before.

my VLV red shirt is maroon and a different type of cloth than on the website:\

It's true.

 

Coldplay's merch makers (fanfire I guess) SUCK.

 

But I'd just deal with it, it's still a Coldplay shirt and I've never seen one come in that's "ugly". :D
