I love Thom Yorke and Radiohead dearly, but I'm going with the majority in saying Kurt Cobain was much more influential. The man started a musical movement. That, in and of itself, makes him more influential.

I don't think Thom Yorke is influential. Radiohead most definitely, but not Thom Yorke on his own. I wouldn't say Bono was influential would I? No, it would be U2. The last time I heard Thom Yorke and Kurt Cobain weren't influential solo artists. It's not like they're Bob Dylan.
