im not sure its 'just round the corner' they are taking a year off before they start t make their album which will be another two years. To be quite honest i wouldnt like to be coldplay, they have deffinatly reached their finest hour with their previous stuff, and its going to be so hard for them to come up with something better without completly changing their sound by which they wont be the origianl coldplay which we love and know. P.S the beatles were in a different league to coldplay becasue they could write 2 or three albums a year where as coldplay write 2 or three albums a decade. Just a thought to consider

I don't think Coldplay is going to "re-invent" themselves. On the off chance they did though, I'm sure I'd respect their choices & appreciate the new stuff just as much as the current. I don't think a band like Coldplay can do much wrong, atleast that's my P.o.V..

Whoa... noticed how very much like radiohead coldplay would be if they actually change their style for the third cd? i mean... that's exactly what radiohead did... pablo honey, the bends and then the revolutionary (and great) ok computer... Not that it is a bad thing, but it's just a cool coincidence, i think.

But... if they're just going to sound a lil more rockier, i agree that i'd be awesome...

Anyway, I really like their most recent songs like Moses and Poor Me just the way they are. These songs should really make it to the next album.

Nah you can't hear any of it because they haven't started working on it yet...I read somewhere it will be out in like 2005. :confused:
