February 27, 201016 yr Holy Shit! Did you see that? Ohno. Wow. Missed 3 incidents today. I hope they don't disqualify him. :(
February 27, 201016 yr Holy Shit! Did you see that? Ohno. Wow. Missed 3 incidents today. I hope they don't disqualify him. :( Fuck that! He barely touched him. That was so damn weak of him for going down. Almost looked like he went down on purpose. If Ohno can hop over people who go down without falling and not fall when people are touching him, then that dude should have been able to stay up. Fuck that.
February 27, 201016 yr I'm not complaining. I am. Fuck that! He barely touched him. That was so damn weak of him for going down. Almost looked like he went down on purpose. If Ohno can hop over people who go down without falling and not fall when people are touching him, then that dude should have been able to stay up. Fuck that. I know! That guy SO went down by himself. I think that was ridiculous. He barely touched him. WTF. Im so pissed. I like wanted to cry. Its all bullshit.
February 27, 201016 yr I want to see the replay again. But pretty much any contact at that speed is going to mess things up.
February 27, 201016 yr He just said that THE GUY SLIPPED. the call was fuckin bullshit. he also said, they're on CANADIAN SOIL. of course the CANADIAN REF is gonna call against an american for a canadian
February 27, 201016 yr I want to see the replay again. But pretty much any contact at that speed is going to mess things up. Ehhh, no....:P not enough to make him fall like that.
February 27, 201016 yr Ugh. At least we will get to see him one more time in the relay. Yes. But the Koreans....:mean: They're sneaky/tricky/conniving/good.
February 27, 201016 yr I just watched the replay 4 times and I agree with the call. It was a pretty clear push.
February 27, 201016 yr I just watched the replay 4 times and I agree with the call. It was a pretty clear push. It's definitely not a push. Watched it several times too. He definitely was touching him, there's no doubt about that, but he didn't push him. Even the commentators said he barely touched him.
February 27, 201016 yr Yes. But the Koreans....:mean: They're sneaky/tricky/conniving/good. Very true. :mean: It's definitely not a push. Watched it several times too. He definitely was touching him, there's no doubt about that, but he didn't push him. Even the commentators said he barely touched him. i agree. he definately did not push the guy
February 27, 201016 yr Push! This isn't just a minimal contact sport, it's a no-contact sport, so anything even remotely close to intentional contact is illegal. And an American commentator on American television will always go against the Canadians.
February 27, 201016 yr Canada did very well :) :D And congrats on the bronze. Nice that Ohno can cap everything off with a medal after the events of the 500m.
February 27, 201016 yr :D And congrats on the bronze. Nice that Ohno can cap everything off with a medal after the events of the 500m. Why thank you. :) Yes. He did well.
February 27, 201016 yr Push! This isn't just a minimal contact sport, it's a no-contact sport, so anything even remotely close to intentional contact is illegal. And an American commentator on American television will always go against the Canadians. Please. Contact is definitely allowed, so as long as the person doesn't fall they can do it. Like when J.R. Celski got grabbed from behind but didn't fall, the dude that grabbed him didn't get disqualified, and wouldn't have had he finished the race. But J.R. got disqualified for removing that guy's hands from his waist. Oh, and all of the commentators I've heard have been VERY unbiased. Whatever, you probably will think that I'm just saying that. But that argument could just as easily be said for the Canadian ref who ruled in favor of the Canadian. Anyways, great relay!
