I'm considering (and have been for a few years now) getting a nose job, or rhinoplasty as it is so delicately called :dozey:

 

Has anyone here gotten one? Was it worth it? Did you loan the money or save up to it?

Ive known a few people, and more who havent admitted to it haha.

 

My ex's brother got a nose job, you could barely notice the difference.

I haven't had one, or know anyone who has got one, but my BFF is planning on getting one in a couple of years and I know her Aunty has had one, apparently it doesn't hurt too bad. The mega pain is the bandage, it made her eyes real itchy apparently but obviously she couldn't scrath them. Other than that she was happy with it. Good Luck with it :)

I don't know anyone who has had plastic surgery (or at least I don't think I do). I thought about it a few times but I think I'd be way too scared of the operation.

Plastic surgery is overrated, be happy with who you are and get over it.

Our noses are the product of selection and evolution. Some are bigger to filter out dust, some to warm incoming air, some vary for looks, but looks vary depending on cultural desires.. If it's not that big a deal, and it's reasonably safe, I don't see why not, but maybe it's un-necessary? John Lennon thought his face gave people the wrong impression, but if you're not a celeb, is it worth it? I don't know what to say!:confused:

Well that's a fucking selfish attitude tbh, some people can't be happy with their self image and that's nothing they can "get over" it's a lot deeper than being purely superficial, there's a lot of mental stuff to go with it.
