Right click on the song in iTunes, select "Get Info," and delete the album artwork, artist name, album name, etcetcetc

I would advise to copy your files somewhere else before doing so (they're in Music > iTunes > iTunes Music >...) in case you don't want to retag them one by one once you deleted the info... I did so and I just had to put the ''copied tracks'' back into itunes once the original songs were ''untagged''.

I wouldn't remove the track number if I were you. It'll make it easier if you adjust the number so that the album will play through properly
