I'd be more worried about losing the iPod than losing the mix ideas... :uhoh:

 

Oh, I am freaking out right now believe me. I'm pretty sure someone stole it, but I'm still holding onto hope that someone turns it in. That and I now have to go back through thousands of songs in itunes to find what I put on my original mix.

I can't go more than a few minutes without obsessive-compulsively checking where mine is, it stays in my pocket at all times and basically it's like it was surgically attatched to my body :P What kind was it anyway?

I'm adding my final touches to the tracklisting, I have one song that still has the album cover of it's album attached to it, does it have to go?

I think it's pretty fine, I tried to put different genres in it. I hope the receiver will like it.

 

I will upload it tomorrow. I know how to upload all files apart, but can anyone explain me how I upload it as one file, so the receiver has only one link to click?

Highlight all the tracks, right click, add to .rar library. I don't know about iTunes though :\

Thanks! I work in iTunes though, so if anyone has some advice about how to upload from there, I can still use it :D

As to you who don't feel you know anything about your partners; try going to their page and search all the "Posts made by _____". Specialize the search to the World Of Music section and you should be able to find some posts in other band threads ;)

16 gb touch.

I thought it'd be ok in a zipper in my bag, but apparently not. All of my friends, teachers, and school personnel are on the look out though, so fingers crossed.

 

In mixtape related news I'm halfway done reassembling my mix. Hope to get it sent in tomorrow afternoon.

My mixtape is done, I doubt I'm going to change anything.

 

I first put the songs in a new folder. Then right-clicked and edited properties of each of them. Then I played them in Windows Media Player and some artwork was still there, so again right click --> Advanced Tag Editor. (After that when I went to the folder again some of the info was gone so I edited properties again to change artists to 'unknown' etc.) I hope everything is fine now.

no it doesnt matter.

5 of the album artworks won't go away and I had tried all methods to remove them. :\

Can't you find the actual files on your hard drive and zip them together from there? I don't use iTunes so can't help with that...

right click on each file on the playlist and open in explorer and then copy them all into a separate folder and then upload the folder.

iTunes sux like that....argh!
