:wtf:

 Anywho, is there a real problem if the mixtape is 80 minutes....

:wtf:

.

aka fans of the band 'apparatjik'... ;)

For the length, I don't think it's a big problem...

YES cause people like me will be jealous, I wish I were able to put more. Too late anyway, I managed to make a 70 min one

This is getting unbearable...I've used this http://www.mp3tag.de/en/ to get rid of the tags and info, and still when I play some of the songs on Windows Media Player, the album artwork shows up. The real titles and everything are gone now, but the artwork is somehow still there.

Maybe I need to try and find the artwork files somewhere on my hard drive and delete them there? Which wouldn't make much sense to me but wah-hey.....any thoughts?

^ I don't think that would work, did you try to replace the artwork (usually that software or itunes) by a picture (of a black square or whatever) ?

If you're using Windows Media Player, than it would be easier. Just right-click at the song and go to 'Advanced Tag Editor'. You can remove (or add, or change) every info, including comments, lyrics, and album artwork.

Yeah I know haha...Swallowed in the Sea is my favorite Coldplay tune, so I figured it was relatively harmless

Also, in Windows Media Player, there is no "Advanced Tag Editor" to be found when I right-click. I tried changing the artwork to something else like someone suggested, and that seemed to work, but then since I was doing so in iTunes I had to re-make the files and bring them into Mp3tag v2.45. But removing all tags again would make the artwork go away...argh why can't we just send tapes with the song info intact?!? :cry2:

Jealous of those who got to know after I sent mine that we were allowed to go beyond the limit of 70 minutes :D

(anyway I wouldn't really be jealous, it's just a -cool- game)

To find the 'advanced tag editor', you have to open the song in Windows media player. When the song is played, you right click on the title of the song (on the right side) and you'll see that the 'advanced tag editor' it's available on the menu. Then, you find the tag 'image' in it and it's there you delete the artwork :)

6?!?!?!:freak:OH******!....can it be longer than 70 minutes, just slightly...?

Mine's done :D

Was expecting to have to tweak it slightly after I got the name of the recipient, but ended up changing very little. I hope he/she enjoys it.

Can't wait to receive one

I lost my ipod today and it had all of my possible mix ideas on it. Gah.

I'd be more worried about losing the iPod than losing the mix ideas... :uhoh:

have tapes been delivered? As in...is it too late to make changes?

you can make changes if you want

Pretty confident bout my mixtape so far, I'm actually mixing different things in it so that's good :nice:

I'll probably send in my mixtape tomorrow, because I can't upload anything with my stupid laptop. I'm going to get someone to upload it for me. :nice:

Mine is more than 60 mins but less than 70. :uhoh: I'm uploading it on Hotfile because my campus connection is just too slow for me to upload it on Rapidshare, Mediafire or Megaupload :disappointed:
