well, so much for my list.

Can anybody possibly explain why everyone loves in my place all of the sudden?

And is Fix You also somewhere in the top 6? I hope not.

I think the better question to ask is what the hell people were thinking about IMP in 2008. #24? Really?

IMP is, of course, one of the best live songs, and more folks have probably gotten a chance to hear it live.

fair point, so what are the odds of Viva La Vida not being #1 this time around?

I may go back through the data and take out the lists of anyone below 500 posts and see if we get a drastically different list and publish that as a seperate Top 25

It's a bit unfair , you know... As I got posts below 500, doesn't mean I'm "new coldplayer" or I don't know All their EPs, B sides, unreleased, demo or Cover songs ...

Hey, I understand we're all dissapointed by seeing some of our favourite songs already ranked, but we can't cram all those great songs in top 10/20 ..

It's so weird how you abuse VLV stuffs ... comm'on guys, it's all Coldplay songs! :) :P

Hope , Politik will be in top 3 .. ;)

Not challenging the authenticity or accuracy of this list, but it would be cool to see the list broken down by posts, gender etc.

I just felt the urge to quote this, as I believe I belong to that group

Understandable but I had to draw the line somewhere. I was going to make it 1000 but then realized I wouldn't be included myself. It's 58 people who made the cut. Again feel free to point to which list you feel better represent the band.

Who's included and what those results will be will go here.

Will post the Final 4 shortly for this list and then conclude the alternate list too

I'm okay with the others but VLV :blank:

I surely hope Coldplaying isn't full of VLV fans:whip:

Well, you've got at least one other person keeping you company. It's good, but overall frankly my least favorite of the four LPs.

(sorry if I offended anyone)

yikes almost went to sleep without posting up to the top 10.....yeah I'm not happy about Amsterdam either...

fucking hell amsterdam :dead:

Just to clarify... are you guys saying that you think Amsterdam should be ranked better or worse?

Ah, I wanted Politik to be number one :bomb:

Even though I knew all along that it wasn't

Oh Well :nice:

Politik in top 5...I'll take that....although it was number 1 on my list....

Howz about for whenever the next poll comes along, make the requirement that you have to be a member of coldplaying.com since at least the month before the poll is announced. That way, it doesn't matter how many previous posts someone has, but you're pretty much guaranteed to not have people who came here for the sole reason of posting their votes. For example, if you announce in December of 20xx that you will have a top 50 poll, make the requirement that anyone who votes has to be a member of coldplaying.com on or before November 20xx.

Just an idea.

Its is a sad thing that VLV is what everyone likes most due to the fact its what they first heard. BUT on the other hand, it is good because its drawn a lot more people to them. I've always loved CP, from their Brothers and Sisters days! You don't TRULY fall in love with them until you know all the B-sides.

Agreed. As stated if you only came to forum just to vote you likely aren't really contributing a lot by giving your list and then just leaving.

Well here we go......

Top 3 were very close to each other so a neck and neck finish.

The Scientist

I'm more than happy with that :nice:

Thats 4 pretty powerful songs I'd say. Fix You is my #1 but I can't complain.

The Scientist regains the crown! While not my personal favorite, I'll take it. :)

Thanks for conducting the poll and taking the time to calculate the final results! :D

thank you for the great job you've made Chris's Nuts:)

A fine list in my opinion. :) My favourite video is THE SCIENTIST, which is no. 1 on this list (it is my no. 4 song and no. 1 video).

My personal no. 1 VLV is no. 6 - my top 10 songs are all here except for Speed of Sound. My no. 2 Clocks is no. 2, my no. 3 FIX YOU is no. 3.

But I'm looking forward to seeing the alternative list.

THANK YOU for conducting the poll - it has been a very time-consuming process to compile the list and calculate the final results!

same here

I don't really agree with this list....but oh well. It could be worse.
