I just realized something, the day after Valentines day, Ivet's birthday ;), is also president's day, which means: NO SCHOOL!

I've never been into Valentines Day. The only time I've ever gotten something was from a friend because she was bored, so that doesn't count (plus it was from a she...) :shame:

I think Valentine's Day is for your loved ones, not necessarily your crush/boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse/fiance. :thinking:

Yeah, it's not really celebrated that much here in Aus (obviously) :P

it's not really celebrated here too... some schools will confiscate the flowers, but my school seems okay with it. and there's loads of stuff.

^^Aww, that would be cruel! My school used to do this thing where students would pay for a group of students dressed as cupids to go around delivering cards/chocolates/roses to people, but it was really just for a bit of fun :wacko:

yeahhh! the societies in my school would be the people who give out the valentine's day stuff, so the hopeless romantics have a chance at being anonymous. :smartass:
