Using expletives does not equate to stupidity.

Pathetic threads?[/url]

btw, no one replied violet's smart question :(

Because you're one of the people who overrates it. :D

People say its overrated but I think it lives up to its expectations. It makes me come back for more. I love everything about to the album cover, the title, to every single song on the album except for electioneering. I mean it stands to the test of time anyone could listen to this 60 years from now and it would still be fresh. Maybe I need to open up my mind to more music I dont know, but this album made me like music more then ever before.

Do what? Did I say something?

Using expletives does not equate to stupidity.

It clearly does in her case. Ask Ian.

Talk about pot and kettle! That's pretty much all you ever do.:stunned:

Great point there-no no wait, not great at all without some form of example. You can't just say someone has double standards without some form of reason, and you did this all the time with me, when I point out one of your money faults with a reason included you just try and turn it back around on them with absolute nothing behind it. If you were ever sent to court for shooting a man your main defence would be that the judge shoots people all the time, and everyone would be like WTF but you'd just stick to that.

In this case your double standard is that we shouldn't judge people based on the music they like, how fucked up that is coming from you. Every damn day you talk about Bieber, Gaga, and how anyone who possibly likes that music is not only wrong but fucked up, you are by far the worst person on this forum for doing so. Also you think there's something wrong with people who don't like Coldplay and constantly bring that into account simply because many of the people who don't like Coldplay on here are honest enough to tell you to shut the fuck up in public and spell out what a lot of people are really thinking.

I do judge people by what music they like, so if you're referring to that, then not a double standard, because there's nothing wrong with judging someone on their music taste and I don't understand why people on here are claiming otherwise. It's about being reasonable, if I knew a 30 year old guy who likes Bieber I'd definitely be shocked, I may even think there's something wrong with them, is anyone on here actually claiming that they wouldn't naturally judge someones on their music tastes? That's impossible.

...Aaaaand you completely missed the point I was trying to make. Great job.

He didn't miss it he's just avoiding it.

Do what? Did I say something?

the question Mark didn't answered :/

Sidenote, but I got this on vinyl today for £5, win.

i got it from a charity shop on vinyl the other year on the cheap whilst i was at uni. it's the only vinyl i've bought that i didn't hear on cd in its entirety first

I put Radiohead on my iPod before I went to bed, and I actually fell asleep from it. No joke. So at least now I know how to fall asleep easy. :|

to be fair, there is a lot of music i like that i can fall asleep too.

there are even some songs i like specifically because i can fall asleep to them

not that that negates your point, but i was just adding a side note

because it's music and as all the kinds of art, it's subjective

yup

It clearly does in her case. Ask Ian.

pahahahahahahahahahhahahaahahahah

I'm amazed you haven't bored yourself to death by now...................

this is funny

Which is really rich coming from someone who creates pathetic threads all over the place with titles consisting mainly of expletives. How moronic is that?:dozey:

You just did exactly what she said you would, dismissing the entire point, it's ridiculous.

She made points that directly relate to how you avoid debates when you're wrong instead of simply admitting you're wrong and moving on with it, then you decided to focus on her personally and completely avoid the points that she brought up.

If she's so wrong and her points are BIASED and IRRELEVANT then show us how, of course that'll never happen.

Mark your mind is so clearly fucked that nobody knows where to start with you or what information to say to you because it goes into that brain of yours and comes back all fucked up and hypocritical.

and someone is ignoring the point again

Mark, why can't you just stop? We all expressed our opinion of OK Computer and then dropped it, why can't you?

nice answer

This is hard for the rest of humanity to understand, but Mark no doubt took that sarcastic post as an actual response, yknow despite how it came from someone who clearly doesn't like him and is clearly sarcastic, doesn't matter. It's his thought process, anything that could be taken in his favour always will be, and anything that works against him is biased and irrelevant anyway.;)

Why cant any thread stay relevant to the subject?

It's a shit subject anyway.

Actually, I really don't think Ian would go out of his way to make derogatory comments about one of his forum visitors. Yeah, she may have said something to him that was probably a bad idea, but she has since proven that she can handle herself reasonably well, and this is why she's actually still here, with Ian knowing perfectly well who she is. Just let it go, man.

Yeah, this is basically what I was meaning. I'll admit to the fact that I myself have slipped before when doing this, but you seem to do it on a constant basis, and that's not OK.
