Apologies, because it's my fault, I bashed him and you were debating him at the same time. His mind is very black or white, he is incapable of distinguishing different intricate aspects to anything, like for example that new poster who sarcastically agreed with Mark saying that Coldplay make him dance and Radiohead make him actually cry when he listens to them, that simplicity is how he sees the world.

So when we were both debating him, me with more aggressive language, he just lumped us in as being the same because we were disagreeing with him, so therefore not only am I the 'abusive spam troll who should be ignored because theyre biased, rude and irrelevant' that's also what you become in his fucked up mind.

Well that said he could have also done it on purpose, y'see if people are abusive or rude to him he can always use that in every situation when he's wrong he can bring it up, so for example when I argue with him about how he antagonises people into group arguments he always responds with "That's ironic coming from someone who regularly insults and abuses other members" he's right but it doesn't negate the original point that he does subtley dig at people to eventually get a big response. At least I just tell them to fuck themselves, instead of clogging everything up.

Though I don't think we've even ruined this topic, it shouldn't have been a topic (I don't mean that as in I'm angry about it and it should be illegal to make a topic like this, I'm just saying in my own opinion I'd have realised that this isn't relevant enough to make a whole new topic about when the topic is basically "Why do people have different music tastes?" which has too many factors to even come up with an answer, and there is a Radiohead thread anyway he could've just asked in there) anyway.

HAHAHA ouch! Likes To Fight Guy, that's one I'll be hearing in my nightmares for some time.

I guess I do like to 'fight' but moreso to debate and argue my points (And you can argue a point without having an argument odd as it sounds) but often there's some incredibly stupid and ignorant assholes that you have to deal with and in Mark's case I get angry. Look at what he's saying now, Coldplay and Keane aren't along the same lines as Radiohead, what. the. fuck.

Anyway, I do start fights because I'm honest, you may disagree that it's ok to do that or not. But Mark intentionally stirs shit up to get everyone arguing with him so he causes a big scene like this, it happens at least a few times a month. If you want an example of how he does it, this post explains one:

But you probably won't read it.

Yeah I'm done with the argument, as it's gotten incredibly ridiculous, if he's claiming Coldplay don't have depressing songs or sound nothing like Radiohead then that's his OUT clause, to anyone with half a brain its a totally stupid thing to say but he doesn't care even if he does sound like a total retard, thats his 'opinion' and he's therefore right, which is the only thing that matters. Fuck morals or having an actual debate, he just wants to be right.

I remember that thread. D:

You clearly got the wrong end of the stick. What I actually said was that, as this is a Coldplay forum, slagging off the band (while not forbidden) is clearly a daft thing to do, whatever your opinion of them is.

Only a total idiot could fail to see it's likely to be regarded as provocation. It would be exactly the same if a non-Radiohead fan registered on atease and started dissing them on there.

It isn't rocket science.:dozey:

Actually, from what I've seen, you're pretty much the only person who has a problem with it. At any rate, people should learn to deal with it. I have people tell me, a Muse fan, that Muse sucks. Do I make a big deal out of it? No. Did I make a big deal out of it when Lore and Christina said they didn't like Radiohead, even though I'm a Radiohead fan? No. Really, saying that you don't like a band or even saying things about them is not a big deal. If you're a true fan of the band, you will stick with your own personal feelings about them and ignore what other people say.

I don't know what you're talking about. As far as I can tell, nobody's actually accused you of anything.

If you check back, it was someone else that made it personal (as usual). Calling Radiohead's music "depressing" is a perfectly legitimate opinion.;)

^ That. You called me out and said I took things personal. There was no way it could've been directed to anyone else, because I was the one who brought it up, and I was the only person having a legitimate discussion about depressing music with you.

Oh, and Reilly, it's not a problem at all. I'm not blaming you for anything. Thanks for being such a good sport.

first time I see that thread , and it's hilarious! some things never change

It couldn't have been more blatantly obvious, and yes it is hilarious because of how blatant it was. Just had fun reading through it. My favourite part is where, out of nowhere, he just jumps in with caps lock like "I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ARE ON THIS FORUM WHO AREN'T FANS OF THE BAND" ahahaha it's a major WTF moment, just the way it comes out of absolutely nowhere and nobody was even talking about Coldplay.

I've brought up that post I made a few times around him and he never responds, because he can't possibly save his ass after that thread, there's no way out, it was blatant trolling for attention.

Oh, no problem. I did apologise but more in a way that what happened was unintentional, but technically still my fault, that kinda apology if you know what I mean. Like more sortof casual apology.

It amuses me the amount of multiquoting that happens during these things.

Well that just proves my point, as you're being unnecessarily "personal" there too, just as you were with your first two posts in this thread. You can disagree all you like, but it doesn't mean you're "right".:dozey:

Even more proof right there.:dozey:

thats his 'opinion' and he's therefore right, which is the only thing that matters. Fuck morals or having an actual debate, he just wants to be right.

Once again, it appears you're talking about yourself.:dozey:

It's impossible to have a rational discussion with you, as you seem to find it impossible to get "personal", as you haveagain here.

I always want to say something hugely important. Then when I type it I fail, so I just kind of watch how it plays out. :nice:

I thought this was over, my bad. :blank:

edit: Same Christina, but mostly I'm trying to hold myself back.

Yup. Including you, judging by your comments in this thread.:smug:

OK, so my comment was waaay too late. :uhoh: I didn't realize this much was going to happen in between my post.

my favorite part is where he and another weird member are saying this site shouldn't be for teenagers  Didn't know coldplay was just for older people (reading page 10 now) They are perfect for each other

Anyway, I don't know what else to say about this topic so I'll just have fun reading the same old fights

Oh, no problem. I did apologise but more in a way that what happened was unintentional, but technically still my fault, that kinda apology if you know what I mean. Like more sortof casual apology.

Yeah, I gotcha.

Gotta love the multiquote function. :cheesy:

Exactly.

ANYWAY, this thread has some srsbeef.gif. :|

Actually, from what I've seen, you're pretty much the only person who has a problem with it. At any rate, people should learn to deal with it.

I agree, so try telling that to the Gargoyle and Bieber fans.;)

That. You called me out and said I took things personal. There was no way it could've been directed to anyone else, because I was the one who brought it up, and I was the only person having a legitimate discussion about depressing music with you.

You're wrong. Nothing was directed at you, whatever you might think.:dozey:

Yup. Including you, judging by your comments in this thread.:smug:

That was just a bit rude. :|

What makes you think that insulting people is going to help your situation?

GIVE IT UP THERE'S NO POINT. :disappointed:

We already know who won this.

Edit: Not that it's like a contest or anything. :uhoh:

WOAH PERSONAL ATTACKS!

lol.

I agree, so try telling that to the Gargoyle and Bieber fans.;)

Why does everything you say end up making fun of Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber?

Is that a steak?

It's supposed to be "serious beef", as in lots of arguing/gossiping.

I love it :awesome:
