Where's the poll? :mean: I want to vote so badly

Real! Even though fake is easier to take care of but its only 15days a year so I want real one!

Poll added.

wut :freak:

I need a I don't have a tree at all option.

I'm not really a fan of big Christmas trees, or real ones. The last few years we've had a tiny metal one (different each year) somewhere in the room which looks really cool. I prefer that.

I don't have a tree..

:(

spending Christmas with my parents so what's the point :uhoh:

I have a fake black one...cause it's prettier, cause it doesn't leave needles... cause it's cheaper... cause it's black...

That would be Jesus dont want me for a sunbeam (AKA my "N/A" option).

Oh, Voted. :|

Undoubtedly the most voted option though.

Sowwy, I just couldn't resist. :(

Fake, but only because my mom's allergic. . . I prefer real trees.

I prefer a real one (since I am not even used to a fake one....)...I didn't want to have it in my room though....I prefer it at home in the living room....I quite like that with the lights and stuff

Fake. You can re-use them every year. So far I've had mine for 7 years and it works just fine.

With a real tree, you're killing a life. Plus, real trees can catch on fire much easier, and then possibly kill multiple (human) lives. Not to mention the needles fall off and knowing my cat she would be like om nom nom and maybe that would kill her too. Wow, it looks like people who go with real trees are murderers and stuff like that.

Fake, it's easier that way and you can use it for years! Besides, very few people (generally the rich ones) actually have real trees where I live so, it's not even tradition or anything. It feels weird for me to just cut a real tree to decorate it  It's different if you have one in your garden and choose to decorate it.

* is dizzy due to so many options *

yet i think mine is not there. :P

didn't used a tree since years, just a tiny decoration tree that is set on the nativity scene, so is like a fake bonsai in a pine tree shape, thought we have a wee pine tree in the comunity garden since last year.... we used to have a fake plastic tree at home.

pine tree here is so bad, cause most the ones sold by shops have the roots damaged so they won't survive long even if you plant them, i had experienced that 3 times on different cities.

btw just thought of the song

Fake! in my country 99% of the population use fake trees! I´m not an exception

I have a real one. It's gorgeous and huge this year. I like it very much. So I prefer real ones...

...but I want a fake one because real ones make me sneezy. This year it isn't so bad, but the one last year gave me a sneezing fit every time I walked in the room. However, we looked at artificial ones this year and they all really sucked, even the expensive ones. They just don't look right. The old artificial one we used to have was better than they are.

For the record, real is the greener option as long as you get an organic one. They're purpose- grown on a tree farm, they aren't that much of a fire hazard if you keep it watered enough, and they're bio degradable- compostable if your city or town has composting. Yes you throw out one every year, but it goes back to the earth. An artificial one is made from plastic and metal that has to be pumped out of the earth or mined, processed, shipped, manufactured, and shipped again. Sure you will use it for 10 or 15 years, but when those years are up and it gets ragged and you replace it, the old one will go to the dump and sit there. Forever. Eventually to be joined by it's replacement.
