In relation to the time signatures mentioned, if you don't know what that means...pretty much, what he's saying is: Will's made some beats that are weird and funky and difficult to understand. This is good, cos it makes new and interesting music!!

It was actually 7/4 and 5/4 that he mentioned-- so for example, for 7/4, that means there are 7 quarter notes in the measure. So if you think a quarter of something, obviously there should be 4 of them to make it make sense as a whole. So 7 quarters sounds a little strange, and 7/4 time can be really confusing to play in, but it can make music sound very interesting and unusual. For example, the end of DAAHF is in 7, and its strange time signature makes it sound even more awesome!
