This reminds us how awesome people Coldplay are! Other band just wouln't care about it. Coldplay are clearly a band who lets their fans make their dreams come true and that's what makes them better.

Paramore let a fan propose at the wembley gig last december, but they were like 17 or 18

so they're probably not together anymore, and the guy is probably getting more tale than ever by whipping that story out on first dates

it is coldplay related so, yes, it does count! :D but it would be great if he could propose to you again on stage at a Coldplay concert :awesome: (just try not to stare at Jonny the whole time :P) :laugh3:

OH GOSH! :wacky: if he proposed in the stage I would marry him in the same minute, I mean... to take advantage of the fact that we were in Coldplay's presence!!! all wedding at once :awesome: Coldplay is already part of our story... imagine if this happened! :o

It was an amazing moment, and really touching. I was sad about the hecklers, but luckily it all became good in the end :)

 

Chris' face was an absolute picture at certain points! I won't post what happened because I doubt many people saw it up close, and it's not in the video that's been uploaded.

I absolutely love that song, and it was only the second time to hear it (I think) despite going to six Viva gigs, but it was the (very, very slight!!) weak link in the set for me. Simply because an astonishingly large proportion of the audience didn't seem to know it that well (not the band's fault of course!) and so there wasn't a great reaction, and the awesome singalong and hand clapping* that song deserves was missing :(

 

 

 

 

* That was missing at a few points in general I thought, so I did my best to get things going when I could :)

that's why there was a spotlight on him all the video and you can see his reaction in the very end of the video when he comes 'out' of the light. He looks like cleaning the tears or something. :blush:
