Zane almost definitely just rang them up to help him out while he's filling in this week to give the show some variety and they obliged. I hope no one goes complaining to anyone seriously...they don't owe us anything, we just have to be patient :) And you can't deny it's kind of fun to just hear them be goofy on air :P Yeah, I'd imagine that it would become tiring for every interview to be drop-dead serious and only about the music. They have lives too.

January 7, 201115 yr Author "Give an update on album #5's progress" is not "we will be telling you all about it." Come on, you must know by now how they are with these sorts of things :wink:. Chris always derails the conversation and gets distracted, says things that end up not being true or that he changes his mind on the following day, and can barely ever be relied on for anything newswise, and even though Will is better...I just think this thing still has a long way to go before they're going to start dispensing real info about it. They're probably so wishy-washy on it because it's still a wishy-washy thing (I don't know how much faith I put in the whole thing Jonny evidently said about it being recorded). And even if the recording is done, unless they plan to put it out earlier than the summer which is the most logical timeframe anyway...we're not going to be hearing anything serious for another month or so. OK, sorry for the rant, I guess I just feel bad that people are disappointed when we were promised and owed nothing besides a chat. Bed time for me :nice:.
