I think that maybe it, because Will's b-day is 7/31 and his number is 7. It's the month instead of the date, like Jonny's, but it's still an interesting pattern.

11 is my number in my basketball team!!! I was so thrilled when I saw Jonny had 11 too.....they prob just gave him that number though lol
