It wasn't what was intended, I was more looking for songs by bands whose music you usually dislike, but yes, these contributions are fine and can be interesting. It was down to my inability to explain that this came about haha. An ambiguous thread, on reflection.

his levels of douchebag/arsehole/scumbug/jerkoff i think have gone down a long way in the last year or so. they were at epic heights through 2008/09. but his egoism will never die, if anything it grows by the day. him and bono should make babies.

Arrogance is one of two things I really hate in people, though, so even if that were true, I don't think my opinion of him would change very much.

yeah i like that album too but not nearly as much as Aha. Because of the Times had a few gems too. but the current demeanour of the band really turns me off their music.

I like the first albums rawness. The second one is more produced but in a good way, and just as biting so it sits alongside the first in terms of greatness in my opinion. After that it was mainly the singles for third album and the rest of their work is wank from what I've heard.

Anything off Definately Maybe and The Bends. It's not that I dislike Oasis or Radiohead as such, but I'm not particularly a fan of either band, apart from those two albums. I adore The Bends, but have very little desire to listen to anything else by RH :\
