I know exactly what your saying Carrie, normally that is true, but this is advertising it as Coldplay:Live from Glastonbury, with no other acts being on the bill, it's 2 hours long which will have commercials, so the entire set should be shown.

Maybe this is why the cinema showings were cancelled??? I'm just thrilled this is on.

The schedule doesn't say Glasto Highlites 2011, it says "Coldplay LIVE satellite feed from this year's Glastonbury Festival in the UK" :dance:

See this is why EMI is going bankrupt. They are clueless to the fact that we will gladly pay for things that are available for free. :P

Yeah I just looked it up on my cable, and it's playing on Palladium HD this Friday from 7PM-10PM and then on VH1 from 10PM-12AM. I too was sadly an IMAX purchaser, gravely dissapointed with the cancelling. But, this is an unexpected and awesome surprise!!

 

I can't wait. Got two cable boxes set up to record (in case one fails). OH man, how am I gonna stand it..waiting all week long. Thank you so much for the heads-up!

I used to have Palladia on TWC, unfortunately I don't remember the channel # but it's there for sure, I actually knew about this channel when they aired Viva La Vida "live" from Japan.

 

Now I have Direct Tv and I can't find it :( Thank God for VH1.

Will DVR it and watch it a 1000 times.

PalHD is one of the higher channels (should be somewhere in the 700s), so you'd have to have the fancy pants HD package to get it. but the VH1 HD channel i have is also playing it, which should mean the regular VH1 channel will play it, since they're usually the same... just one is in HD and the other's not. :P
