WOW I've had it paused for like 10 minutes and it's barely made ANY progress.

  • Lol I haven't been here in 5 years but I decided to pop my head back in for some nostalgia. Seems like this was my last post so here's an update... I finally saw Radiohead live in Manchester in 2017 a

hey how come nobody said anything about Radioheads gig in Tokyo being broadcast on tv!! a japanese cable channel showed 15 songs of the set and the entire thing is up on youtube.

Oh yeah, its a great gig! I got it on dvd from digi cable, great stuff

your such a lurker ren!

but i agree too that setlist looks amazing, i feel going to a radiohead concert now...

Julieee, what are you doing up? :P

Glad to see ya anyway

its not that late...:uhoh:

i just remembered about a year ago i was at my friend's house and her uncle and his girlfriend were going to a radiohead concert.

and then they came back all drunk...

sorry i just felt the need to say that somewhere and this seemed like a good place:wacko:

i can tell because you're on a "RADIOHEAD CRAZ RIGHT NOW!.....":P

and this afternoon I discovered "Stop Whispering." And listened to it about a million times lol. I like the version that was on the video... the album version has the kickier/cooler shout ending... but the video one seemed softer and a little more contemplative and beautiful. I thought it was really quite a good song!

Some people are hard on them for their first album but for me it just proves how versatile they are. They can have brilliance on so many different levels.

And I'll take "Stop Whispering" over half the stuff on pop radio now, anytime. Seriously.

and YAY! thescientist06... glad to hear some more loving on There There! Have you seen the live version on Jon Ross??? AHHHHHHHHH soooo good. Gah.

^ Stop Whispering is actually one of my favorite Radiohead songs.

This is a great YouTube webcast. I have enjoyed watching the individual songs in HD.

I ADORE Thom's 92-95 voice. It was so so powerful. He still has a wonderful voice, but those were the years. :)

I think it was maybe too nasal then actually. But's still amazing. actually I don't think his voice has changed much at all. His vocal range is what, four octaves???

watch in high quality

I prefer the live version.

Especially the "doesn't matter anyway... doesn't matter anyway... fuck you" part, and then DANG!

Guitarriff galore!

A source told the Daily Star: "Radiohead were close to agreeing to play Reading and Leeds but the contract fell through. However that’s not to say they won’t headline elsewhere.

Talk about being on a Radiohead craz lol. That's been me this week.

just found this on pitchfork:

Radiohead to Perform at Grammy Awards Ceremony!

They're up for five awards-- including Album of the Year-- at this year's Grammys. Thom Yorke is promoting the show on billboards and TVs near you. And now sources tell us Radiohead are set to perform at this year's Grammy Awards ceremony, taking place February 8 in Los Angeles. While they've already won two golden gramophones (Best Alternative Album for Kid A and OK Computer), this is the first time they're actually playing the show.

Thom and co. join previously announced performers Coldplay, Lil Wayne, Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson, the Jonas Brothers, and Katy Perry. What we would give to have some sort of spy cam installed in that backstage area. Knowing Grammy's penchant for batshit artist pairings, it seems like that Radiohead/Wayne blowout we hallucinated about last week is closer than ever to reality.

But yeah: Grammys-- making it happen! Someone deserves a raise.

OMG!!!! *fangirl moment*

This is actually going to be a good show. first they got the Police to perform for the first time together in ages... and now this. WOW!!!!

This is gonna be sooooooo interesting, really. And there's a lot of GOOD music up this year. Wow.

^ This is amazing. Absolutely amazing. I can't wait.

Hahaaha  I don't actually believe it but it'd be hilarious if they really performed there :D

I find it hard to believe too, but I hope they do, because katy perry and the jobro's heads might explode if they have to follow up thom yorke and co.! :D
